Main Street Bank Main St, Hudson

Main Street Bank has been my "go to" bank for over a decade. Their customer service is second to none! The staff is courteous, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! A big part of doing business at Main Street Bank is its service delivery. The team works like a well-oiled machine. Its always a seamless process, whether it be asking about the electronic bill paying, a mortgage question or simply asking for help when you don't understand the on-line banking process. This is a wonderful place to do your banking! We switched to Main Street Bank for our business a couple of years ago, and have been thrilled with their level of service. From tech support to daily banking activities, this is a wonderful bank to work with. Our young son was desperate to open up his own bank account. On a Saturday morning, we worked with Tracy to open his own account. She was so patient, thoughtful and encouraging. It was honestly a joy.

We came in on a Saturday to open new accounts and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Kelly and Maria were so friendly. They got a little busy while we were there and every customer was treated so nicely, the young man working the teller desk was so pleasant to everyone who came in/drove up. We are happy to be new customers!

Main Street Bank, specifically, the Hudson branch has always exceeded every expectation of what banking should be. Working with a local bank versus a big bank has never been more important than during the pandemic. Main Street has been incredibly responsive to our needs through the years, but especially in 2020. From helping us sort through the PPP loan procedures to lines of credit and international wires, the staff at the Hudson branch and the loan officers have made our ability to handle our finances much, much easier. Recently, Kelly F of the Hudson Main Street Bank went "above and beyond" helping me with a transaction that I was making. She was patient with me and took time to investigate and explain to me how she would save me some fees. I appreciate that! I have also had positive experiences dealing with the Manager Tracy C.
