Charlene Larson and Kelly Tierney have been my Bankers for over a decade and they have helped me with all of my banking needs. It is so nice to be able to write an email or make a phone call and have the person on the other end know who you are and be able to help you. Whether you need help buying checks, a car, a home or a business my lovely girls at Avidia Bank can help you and they always do it with a smile. I don't normally write reviews, but this bank absolutely deserves a glowing one. Went in having a rough day, and all the team members, tellers especially, were incredibly helpful and understanding. Not often that a bank teller will really make you feel welcomed to the point my mood turned around. Thank you Avidia!

Love this bank in Hudson on Washington st! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Went in to open an account for myself and for my daughter. Samantha introduced me to Fernando to help me open them, Samantha was friendly and so helpful. Fernando was very informative with all the information I needed to know for the accounts. So fast too! My daughter got a BUNCH on prizes for opening a savings account along with 10$ deposited on her account as well! So happy with my service provided today!

Update: I am relieved to say that AVidia bank solved my issue 45 minutes before I left for home..Thank you for taking care of this. I am from a small town in PA. I used an ATM at a Avidia bank main branch and after inserting my card, I could not reach the transaction screen because it was way out of my reach. I then tried to use a stylus which did not work. I tried to open my door but not enough room. By then the screen was saying "do you need more time?" I tried to hit yes but COULD NOT REACH. I am 4ft 10in and drive a Ford Escape. The machine then took my card "for security reasons." After 2 days on the phone with them, the only one who could give permission to return my card was the manager who was, of course,on vacation. I finally got a call back after calling 3 times today that the manager said no. I am leaving tomorrow morning on a 9 hour drive with no ATM card and must refile through my own bank for a new card. When I said I was going to file a formal complaint I was told,"Go ahead." Thanks for ruining my last 2 days of vacation. And I will go ahead. POOR business tactics. Shame on you. Make machines that people, even SHORT people, can reach from their car.

I was in a HUGE jam on Wednesday. I can not say enough good things about the staff at the Washington Street branch. They went above and beyond to help me out and I am eternally grateful! The Business banking side has also consistently provided us with top notch service. I am a VERY happy business customer. THANK YOU!

We went in to open an account for my 10 year old son. We were greeted by Samantha, who was very friendly and kind! She introduced us to Charlene, who told us all about their kids Max savings account which is really awesome and has great incentives for saving. Charlene was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions regarding the account. My son received an awesome gift box with a bunch of goodies and also $10 for opening an account. He is very excited to have his own bank account and he’s already looking forward to saving to earn the great incentives! What a great program this bank has for young children to teach them good money habits at such an early age. Charlene even challenged my son with a question asking him “What are you planning to save your money for” I was surprised to hear him say “College.” Thank you Avidia Bank for having such a great program for our young children who are the future leaders of this world! We we’re very satisfied with our service here today and I definitely will be returning to open a second account for my daughter.
