    I have had nothing but excellent service from anyone I talk to. There all friendly & willing to help. Somerimes need more workers, but then the manager comes & helps. Nicest bank employes I've ever used before.

    I will never do business with this bank, and I will make sure all my customers know that if the pay me with a check from Macatawa Bank I will have to charge them more because of all the fees that go along with cashing the check.

    Always good service they go out of the way if there is a line a manager or another official will come & ask what u need & then takes u to there office & help u solve your problem, the best and most helpful personnel I've ever had in any other bank
