M&T Bank Belair Rd, Nottingham

I’ve been with M&T since I was 14 and I love it. The employees are so awesome and super helpful. Always good vibes at this branch 🤙🏾 I went in broke and left with a blessing 🙏🏾

Very bad reaction from office staff, not from counter. I can't understand US accent, the lady sit in the seat is uncooperative manner. After i went to hardford road branch. I appreciate the staff of that branch. My prayers to M& T bank authority that don't keep such staff in customer deal.

This was a horrible experience, the machine ate my card then when I decided to ask for help, the employees said “oh we’ll get that when we open in 20 minutes”. So I’m standing out front while all of the employees are sipping their coffees watching me stand out there in the cold. I don’t recommend choosing M&T banking.

Very nice Tellers; they don't rush you out the door when you get there a few minutes before closing. They helped me out even with the coin shortage.

Super nice and friendly service; needed change and notary; they helped with both.

My brother and I worked with George Barnett over the course of a year while we started our new business. George went above and beyond to help us out throughout the entire process.

The reviews on this branch obviously speak for themselves. 🤦🏽‍♀️ However, this review is about how DARK this location is at night, EVERY NIGHT! I have been saying that I was going to write a review but hadn't taken the time. However as I was driving by tonight I stopped (not even to use the machine, just to take pictures so I can post with my review) The 2 lights that you see on are coming from the Pizza Hut parking light behind the bank. Not 1 outside light is on in at this branch EVER at night. 🤷🏽‍♀️👎🏽 I circled each M & T bank light in my pics so you can see that they're all OFF. As a Customer I don't ever want to use a bank that isn't well lit at night. Which is why I bypass this location and go to the Joppa Rd location instead. I also want to say that I see no replies from Management on the other reviews for this branch, (which isn't good because everyone uses Google) but I'm still taking time to write it. See my pictures.

Most unethical experience ever. George not only treated my mother-in-law with disrespect for her language barrier, but was questioned whether she was an U.S. citizen. The question was completely irrelevant to her visit as her mortgage company was simply refunding her money back for overpayment. Not only did George incompetency unresolved her visit, but she left with mental and emotional trauma. She ended up going to a different branch on Joppa Rd. and they were able to help her out within minutes without any questions.

I like to use the ATM machines there. This makes banking easier me. I have had an account at M&T for decades and find it to be a great bank to do business with.

Worst m&t bank around. The teller that served me was incompatent . Didn't do anything that I asked. In fact she didn't something that I didn't even ask . And when I said something they were like oh it's to late now we can't fix it.
