Chase Bank Belair Rd, Nottingham

Great experience, went to cash in bonds, was greeted at door and gentleman in lobby asked if i wanted a bottle of water or anything because cashing in bonds (especially when i had 30+) takes a while. Staff was very professional and personable. All in all a positive experience.

This is by far the most unorthodox and un organized bank I have ever been to in the whole entire world they dont know anything and customer service is even worse Dario is a branch manager and he knows nothing at all it's sad and I feel sorry for all of the consumers who have to deal with this chase bank on bel air rd Denise is on vacation and I'm not sure if that even matters at this point because they are a product of her environment she is establish the regional manager I'm running away from this bank so quick and never looking back I hope in the future more training is established. Worst bank ever a joke they getting paid for doing nothing

This bank is just a false impression. Forget about being a long time customer. Saturday is a mess, no one to see you in reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, they have good deals to get you in the door with your money, but after that...good luck! If you want to open a Sapphire account, you best call to make an appointment; otherwise you will be waiting at least one hour because only certain bankers are trained to open these accounts. Not sure what is going on, but the customer service is very, very slow.

Worst experience. I attempted to walk in for service and was turned away due to location space and 1 operating window. I spoke with a woman who confirmed what I needed to complete my transaction and I made an appointment for the next day. I was provided the worst service over the phone. The treatment was arbitrary, hinted that the bank couldn't trust my deposit and refused to provide a name of a higher up to assist. I'm now waiting on an answer to the complaint...submitted by this same person that provided the foul treatment. Go figure. Believe the reviews about poor customer service at this branch.

Great experience, Was greeted at the door , offer water while waiting , I saw if lines became long other came out to assist , Denise helped me out she was great and pleasant she listen to my need then went over account she thought was best for my business. Not to mention the place is clean and comfortable.

I do not know how the hell this Bank does not have five stars!!! This is literally the best bank I have ever been to, the customer service was beyond words and it looks like honestly the most professional financial establishment I could ever think of. This is the best place to do your finances!

Stay away !!! We always had a mortgage with them, 17 years and that went well, so we tried an auto loan, and credit card. Unfortunately once they have you on board apparently things change. They just charged us $125 fee for a zero balance credit card statement. Needless to say we did not understand the fees and why, i guess the 18% interest they made off the account was not enough so now they have added monthly fees. Stay away from any credit card accounts with this bank, try a local credit union or someone honest.

Beautiful financial center! This is how all banks in the future should be. Love the integration of technology and client care. The staff are very friendly! I was in and out. Schedule an appointment if you need to take care of a more involved transaction.

Don't wast you time to open account. Peoples bank is localy you get service quickly. Branch manager can not do anything local bank manager take care any issue quick. FYI: is long story in short go to locan bank people bank give them you money. If you notice most business has 5* but this bank has most of 1*.

Open you account any other bank then chase. No one will help you or stay in phone for hours keep transfer you and then they hang up long as hold for 3 hr and 40 min. Don’t waste your time. USE OTHER BANK.
