M&T Bank Wilkens Ave, Baltimore

Just had the most professional experience at this location. From the time, I walked in I was greeted nicely. The Manager assisted me with getting business banking taken care off. Very impressed with her service and assistance to small business owners.

Have had good experiences in the past but not today. I live out of state but occasionally come in to help my dad with accounts and such. Today we had a pressing issue so I called this branch to see if they could help since they'd said i need to be with him when this was handled. The gal who answered the phone said, " sorry, we're really busy and I can't talk to you on the phone now. You can bring him down and sit here and wait." I explained that no, I couldn't as he is in fragile health and with COVID lurking about as well as the hot weather, that just isn't possible (he's 91). She said, sorry I can't help you then. We have 6 customers waiting. I SO wish he'd move his account!!! This is a real pain trying to deal with from out of state where there are no M & T branches. My mom and dad were in banking their entire lives. They would have canned any employees QUICK if this had been the customer service attitude.

Always professional and courteous. Nice location with easy parking, buy busy. Have had to wait a number of times, but never unreasonable. I like the multiple ATM's and many branches. Wifey and I both have accounts there.

No matter what time, day or how many people are here, the wait is ALWAYS 20 min at a minimum. I’ve never experienced this at any other bank besides M&T.

M&T is the worst banking experience ever. Always long line. Every single time I visit 1 maybe 2 tellers. I hate this bank with a passion.

Thank you so much to the nice lady who works there named Shirley. She not only corrected our bank issue and did her best to make sure it got resolved as quickly as possible, but also she correctly gendered my wife who was there and made us feel very comfortable and accepted. Thank you for making her day and reminding us why we chose M&T in the first place.

It's nice to have so many ATMs outside (two out front and one drive through). The staff seem friendly. But often theres a long line and it takes forever to do anything. I once got there when it opened on a Saturday and waited in line until they closed that afternoon. So if you need to do some quick ATM withdraws and deposits, this place is for you. But if you need to quickly go in and get out, probably do better driving to another location.

My transaction was an easy one, see some of reviews ok some not, can't make everyone happy though, In this case yep I'm happy with service

I wish the hours went later in the day, but I guess that's why it's called bankers hours. I have had to wait in line on a few occasions, but I also have received great service on other occasions.

Had a sort of long wait but the employee who helped me name was Tricia and she was very awesome and understanding of my needs. Thank you Tricia!
