Huge corporate bank in your small town usa. I think the bank is closed now and only the Self-Service Atm's are available now. It even comes affixed with Braille while accessing the drive-thru for the blind who still drive. Interesting added thought. Does a blind person turn on their windshield wipers while driving through a carwash?

Bank Manager Alice was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming from the time me and my son stepped into the branch.. This being my son's first banking experience . He has gotten a great start.Perception is key in a already anxious time. When Then we went to meet account specialist Jackie who was very Sweet and kind like a mother she was patient with my son and gave him info in a way he can process. She also is bilingual Arabic /English. Thanks You guys so much for such a wonderful exp.

This branch alone can decline the admiration gained by the Bank of America. The staff is unprofessional and utmost rude during every visit of mine. All my visits to this branch has been disappointing and I come out with incomplete task. The staff is not understanding, not considerate, and is no way helpful to the customers. I’ve had worst experiences concerning the staff here and they are terrible. I do not recommend this branch!!

I have never encountered any of these situations here. This is a small town bank and those of us that grew up here understand small town. If you want quick service and large parking take your banking elsewhere. I love my bank. Don't always blame the bank for your money issues again I've never been charged for anything.

Every single Friday.... Only 1 teller open!!!! With 10-15 people standing in line!! The manager, she just walks around doing nothing totally ignoring everyone standing in line!! They got rid of the 3 good tellers they had. Go to a different branch! Plus, no parking. People working at this one now, do not care one bit about it's customers!!! I only gave 1 star in order to post this rant!!!!

This bank of America is by far the worst and the most ghetto bank that I have ever been to. All of the tellers are rude except for that one Asian girl in there. I went to go deposit money and would draw some money as well and they treated me like I was incompetent. I had to tell them multiple times that my card is not going through because there are no blue lines showing up at the machine where I swipe my card. But they continue to proceed to tell me to keep swiping my card. They are just over all unprofessional.

I opened up A Bank account for Bank of America online. I was asked security questions from over 10-15 years ago (hard to remember the answers but I did) My Account was created, I set up a pin, took down my Direct deposit info to my account, and sent it to my Employer. Few days later I received my Bank Card in the mail and attempted to activate it, then realized the online banking site was not taking my login/pw anymore. I walked into this Bank a week after opening my account to sort out my issues and was told my bank account was closed and my card was useless because they couldn't verify my identity (which was what all the security questions were supposed to do.) I gave someone my MD state ID, she thanked me for my service being a Vet, then told me to bring her more stuff to verify my identity (another picture ID which I dont have) and said then she could open me a DIFFERENT account. So I should contact my employer and tell them to cancel my direct deposit to the old account. I dont recommend Banking with Bank of America. Apparently they feel their vetting process requires more than the MVA. (I needed Bill's, birth cert/social security card and mail from a government agency just to get my MD ID card -Which I showed her.) I will be seeking another company to bank with!

Fix both of your drive through ATM's!!! Since none of you thought it would be a good idea to put a sign saying that cash withdrawals are currently unavailable for drive through. Ya'll are screwed up and you need to fix it. Very unprofessional.

This is one of the Bank of America locations where they will charge 6 buck to cash a check. Ive been to enough of them to know this is a teller or location option and they choose to enforce this ridiculous rule here. The teller even spent time to verify a business check from a National company. This took another 6-7 minutes. SHe was alert enough to make sure to ask me if I would like to open up my own BOA account though. No thank you

Very poor customer service! I arrived at 9:20, needed to see someone about an IRA, there was one employee at a desk taking care of one customer. There was one other person waiting to be helped. At 10:15, I decided to give up, the bank employee was still helping the first person. No one ever said: "Someone will be with you shortly" or "Thanks for your patience" even though someone walked right by on the way to talk to a teller.
