If I could give them ten stars, I totally would! The ladies at this location (specifically Tammy and Lauren) are absolutely SPECTACULAR!!! This is the first year that I have been tasked with doing my taxes by myself and I had no idea what I was doing, but these ladies made everything so much easier on me! After reviewing the comments I was looking forward to working with them. I came in on a Friday expecting my taxes to be completed the same day, but since I had a rental property she stated that the corporate office need to review it and she get back to me in a few days. A week goes by and still no update on my return. I stopped by the office to pick up all my documents to take to someone else and the older lady was rude and upset at the fact that I did not want them to complete my return. I stated that it’s been a week and I have not heard from anyone, therefore I didn’t want my paperwork to just sit. The customer service, communication and knowledge is lacking in this office. I don’t recommend
