What a great experience at Lum's Toyota. We have been SUV shopping for about six months and of course we've encountered a shortage of selection and $5,000 mark-ups on some of the vehicles we looked at. We drove the Acura MDX and RDX, the Volkswagen Atlas Sport, the Honda Passport and Pilot and the Toyota Highlander and Venza. The Venza was the perfect vehicle for us, AWD, a Hybrid and just a great looking ride. My wife was really wanting a red Venza but we couldn't find one anywhere. A friend of mine put me in contact with Julie Lums and I told her what we were looking for, a Venza Limited in Ruby Pearl Red. Erik Hansen, one of the salesmen, gave me a call the next day and we talked about putting in a order for the Venza we wanted. Four days later Erik call again on his day off and said a deal just fell through on a Red Venza Limited and if we wanted it we could have it at MSRP. We jumped in the car and headed to Warrenton about two hours away. Ralph Rasmussen helped us when we got to the dealership. Within two hours we were out the door in the exact Venza we had been looking for. Everyone treated us great and everything was as promised, no surprises. I would like to thank Julie, Erik, Ralph and Alex in finance for their professionalism and courtesy. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Lum's Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

When buying my car the buying process was short and sweet. I did not feel like they were trying to take advantage of me like several other places I've tried to do business with before. This was the first time I have ever bought a vehicle on my own and they made the process easy. Everything was straightforward. When I bring my car in to be serviced the guys are always polite and professional. They lay everything out for me and explained well. If I have a question, someone has the answer or they find it for me. The only negative I would have is that they are very busy so it can be a little hard to get in fast but they try their best in an emergency.

I've been having both our cars serviced here since moving to the coast and they've been consistently helpful with scheduling, prompt and accurate in service, and fair in pricing. I just traded in my Corolla for a Tacoma and their sales department was as competent and as much a pleasure to deal with as their service department. The truck was listed at an imminently fair price, and they gave me fair value for my trade-in with an absolute minimum of haggling. All in all, I highly recommend Lum's for all your Toyota needs.

Family business run very professionally. These people have become my friends. From the sales staff to the service it is top notch. The only reasons l gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the hold music/ad messages. Something softer would be a nice change. And sometimes it takes quite a while for people to answer. Love you guys!!

Everything was done and done on time. Very pleased. My only reason for 4 stars is the time it takes to get an appointment. One month advance notice doesn't seem reasonable to get an oil change. I added 1000 miles and therefore was well over my 5000 miles.

Got a really nice pre-owned Tundra a few months ago. Excellent service when you're buying. This is a place that won't just throw any pre-owned vehicle out onto the lot; you're going to get something decent. Updating this review to praise the service department, who did an excellent job informing me of everything that needed to be done and explaining a couple of things they discovered before doing the work, just to make sure I was ok with it.

We live 3 hours from Lum’s but some family members have used them in the past so I decided to reach out to see if they had the vehicle my wife and I were looking for. They got back to me within 15 minutes and told me that they had just gotten the exact vehicle we wanted in stock. Within a day the van was delivered and our trade in was taken away. The process was very streamline and easy. The sales team was awesome and it was amazing that they delivered our new vehicle. The salesman Jody was great and made the whole process easy.

My wife and I were treated well. Brad was a pleasure to work with. I was able to buy a "high demand" RAV 4 Prime at the local dealership after a wait of less than 6 weeks. No mark up. I am a happy camper.

Paid the extra $ for the tire rotation and vacuum and wash. I hope the tires were rotated as the wash and vacuum appeared to have not been done. My family has bought several vehicles from Lums and almost always have our services performed there. I hope this is a one off on the less than satisfactory job completion.

The oil change service was excellent, but when I dropped my truck off I was promised tire rotation was included in the price of the oil change. I had previously marked my rear tires with white chalk, and when I paid for the service I specifically asked did you rotate the tires and I was told yes. When I went out to the vehicle I noticed the tires that I marked were still in the same place that I marked them and had to go back in to tell the service writer. He did make it right and had the tires rotated, but it’s unfortunate that I was told they were when they weren’t rotated.

Great customer service and didn't try to rip me off like other dealerships got me into my vehicle very quick and we're able to work out a decent deal. Would recommend to anyone for buying their first vehicle or just on in general.

An evening appointment that went so quickly we only had time to go next door to Petco and pick up dog treats. Back to find vehicle just coming out of the wash. Everything all checked out and sparkling clean. Total time about 50 minutes from drop off to drive off. Thank you

Friendly and helpful people. Clean, nice waiting area. Didn’t have the part in stock so have to go back again next week. Wish it could have been diagnosed and fixed in one visit.

Some fix do take long time to get fin under stand it was so great that Lum's took 50 percent off the price for the time that it took . Thank you Lum's

Lum's Toyota is a great place to buy a new Toyota! They made leasing my new Tacoma super easy, starting with locating the exact truck I was looking for. They purchased my trade in for a great price, having appraised it online. Alex Reed, my sales consultant, followed up frequently, updating me on my Tacoma's delivery date. Then he delivered the vehicle to my home (a four hour round trip!) and provided a thorough review of the vehicle, including set up of the technology, apps, etc. I highly recommend this dealership and Alex Reed. You won't be disappointed.

Great service. Took exactly as long they said it would, which was 45 minutes, for an oil change, tire rotation, and quick wash. Was even cheaper than we originally thought it would be. Definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with the staff at Lums Auto. My vehicle required a diagnosis and the concern wasn't solved after some modifications had been made. I called back afterwards ended up speaking with Nick, who was incredibly helpful with an explanation of the possible causes and remedies for my Toyota Echo. The next day Devin, the consultant I had seen originally, called me at home, apologizing for being late to get back to me and offering a full description of possible problems and concerns regarding my vehicle. Both Nick and Devin really went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with what Lum's could offer me in the way of repairs. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCEPTIONAL CARE AND UNDERSTANDING !

They showed me cars according to my needs, price range, and interests. Most important and my greatest fear in purchasing a car, they didn’t pressure me. Being immunocompromised, I had to stay outdoors. They were very accommodating and brought the paperwork outside to me in a speedy and friendly manner. They answered my questions and even took a nice photograph of me with the car I purchased from them. Also, when I returned 2 months later for making of a second key, they were very accommodating to my having to remain outdoors. Again they gave me excellent, friendly, and speedy service. Such a great experience! So much different than any other vehicle buying process I’ve ever had. It was fast and easy and I was kept in the loop the whole time. I didn’t get blindsided and I don’t feel like I received a bad deal at all. Not to mention our sales person Beau, was totally chill and comfortable throughout. He talked to our kids and offered snacks and treats to keep them happy. I will definitely recommend Lums (and Beau!) to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

My transaction when the vehicle landed at your dealership was quick and seamless. While there were after market options to consider, I never felt pressured. You were honest that you were short staffed on this particular morning to get the vehicle ready so I did have to wait just a little, but it was worth the wait. I’d recommend you anytime.

For the second time in 3 days the tire low pressure light came on. I’ve been driving in the state for 5 days now so I knew this time was not low tire pressure due to temperature and drove to the nearest Toyota, Lum’s. With no appt and less than 2 hrs before closing, Ryker was quick to meet/greet me, assess the issue, and keep me updated as to the status. Friendly people and great customer service!! Not just to me but I could hear it all around to other customers who came in as I sat during the short wait. I’m from the other side of the country but would be happy to make Lum’s my preferred Toyota dealership if I lived near this area. Thank you Ryker and the Lum’s Toyota service team!!

I had the best experience at Lum’s! I reached out with a question online and a marketing person, Kaitlyn helped me and put me in touch with my salesperson, Adam. Both associates were kind, friendly, and patient with me from start to finish. We ended up buying a car there and out financial person, Pedro was hilarious and friendly. I would recommend Lum’s to anyone looking to buy a car. They were so helpful and accommodating. Great team dynamic!

LUMS is a great place to handle all the necessary parts of your vehicle. The people that work there are always friendly and knowledgeable. We have had many years of using their service and have never had any complaints! I just they were closer to our location.
