Kelsey (and Tori her assistant) are always extra communicative and thorough when supporting a transaction. We love working with Stewart Title, they make it extremely easy for clients who are signing/depositing/living out of town. Highly recommend!

Danni Wicken was absolutely horrible to deal with. Not only did she mail a payoff check to the wrong address, and my realtor had to travel over an hour to get it, but she was rude and had horrible phone manners. She yelled at us on the phone, she interrupted phone conversations more times than I can count and made for a super stressful experience. I would not recommend Stewart Title to anyone and tell them to go somewhere else, in fact. Danni was not pleasant and did a bad job. Even my Title Company I used on the selling of another home said how difficult she was. She caused undue stress and even told us how long it took her to do her job as she complained about doing it.

I've closed over a couple hundred transactions in my career and used numerous title/escrow companies in multiple States. This industry is based on service and expertise. Sandy Fromm is a top notch escrow officer that goes way beyond her duties to serve her industry partners/client's. Al Yunker is an extremely knowledgable title officer. Their fees are the best in the industry. Yes, there are many great companies and officers serving the people. Understand, there are new officer's learning the trade, please be compassionate and supportive. We all had to start somewhere. I started delivering newspapers. I recommend Stewart Title.

I have closed at Stewart Title many times over the last few years. Shannon and Elizabeth have always went out of their way to make our transactions smooth and timely. They have both been professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Stewart Title time and time again.

Awful experience. I haven't met many rude people in my life, but Sandy is the most disrespectful person I know. She is also terrible at her job. She made so many MAJOR mistakes handling the title. I had to personally go to the county office to correct her errors after closing. Months after closing, she randomly emailed a different client's closing statement with all their private financial information. How is she a branch manager??? Just stay away from this company.

Niki does an exceptional job of taking care of her Realtor partners, and most importantly, her clients. She's one of my favorite escrow agents to work with in Cowlitz County.
