Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Commerce Ave, Longview

Great customer service. I'm wondering if this Longview branch will be staying open. Because I went there in the middle of the week at around 3pm and they had a sign that they were closed. Costumer's need to know we'll in advance if this brach is closeing for good in the near future. I have 4 accounts there, and all other locations are out of the way.

My card information was stolen, someone tried to use it in New York. Went to the bank to reverse charges, and get a debit card. The teller flipped my card over, pointed at the phone number on the back and told me “ call that number” This was the last straw. From outrageous fees to charging 15.00 for a cashiers check to rude tellers? I think I need a new bank

At least a half hour wait at all times when I go in there. I deposit a check from the same company every 2 weeks and I still have to wait up to 4 days sometimes. I've seen more than 2 people working the counter 1 time in my life, while they have people in a line from one entrance all the way across the building to the other entrance. All of this is while I watch 2-3 people constantly chatting with one another having a good time.

Terrible customer service, we have a corp. card that has ALWAYS made it's payment on time and our account was frozen for the last four days after our payment was made and cleared our bank. The customer service rep stated I see you have never been late, made much larger payments than this so its just a random freeze put on by our fraud dept. When asked if they could notify me next time so my purchasing agent can understand what's going on and when the hold will be released, I was told no. If we call you it might tip you off if you are the one committing the fraud. Are you serious, you are worried about me committing fraud against myself! It is time to get a new credit card company! Very disappointed

Carla and Andrew helped us out tonight in a pinch! We had 15 minutes before they closed and Andrew was helping the last people of the night. They didn't think they would have time to get us in with him. They got us in and made the process faster than expected! Thank you so much! We are one step closer with our house loan because of this! Thank you! This is the closest Bank of America to us and they made the hour long drive worth it! Best banking experience yet!

This branch is filled with exemplary employees. I have never had a bad experience. I'm always greeted when I come in the door. No matter how busy it is, these employees make sure to deliver consistently amazing customer service. I can't say much for the actual banking services, I just make deposits, but the people here are wonderful!

I bank at this location purely out of convenience; the big issue for me is the wait time for literally anything. Today I was surprised to have been helped by a (very pleasant) teller after immediately walking in the door only to be asked to have a seat in the lobby, which was full of people. The wait time ended you being around 25 minutes to be seen by someone. If you have pressing obligations or appointments, I would plan a visit to this place relatively early. Otherwise, I have always been helped by very nice people

When an appointment is made, your time should be respected. I left my appointment after waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes. I got a call 20 minutes after my appointment saying they were ready for me. Not acceptable. I’ve been a customer since 1993 and will be moving to a smaller bank that respects my time. My time is valuable, I will find a company that agrees.

Great service and friendly employees. I've been using this branch for over 20 years and they've always treated me well. They do their best to accommodate and strive for excellent service.

I would never come here if I weren't paying rent to my landlord...only 2 tellers ever working and expect at least 20 min wait on a good day. They seriously have 6 spots for tellers and never more than 2 open. There is no drive thru and they won't even let you deposit CASH unless you bank with them. This place is a joke!
