The Pawn Shop and More 15th Ave, Longview

This store consistently prices their used items at or above brand new retail prices and will get kinda nasty with you if you offer them what its worth. I price checked many items when I was there and was shocked. I even saw the identical shotgun I had recently purchased new at Bob's and they were asking $100 more than what I just paid new around the corner!

This place is great! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are pretty fair. The only complaint I have with this store is some of the time when they purchase an item from me I get told that they are only going to sell it for a certain amount and later when I see the item I've sold them for WAY MORE than what they said. I understand that they need to make a profit and there is costs to run a business but don't lie or take advantage of people. Obviously when you take something to a pawn shop you need the money and are pretty desperate, so the only thing I would ask or like to see changed is for them not to low-ball people. I do recommend this establishment and give it 5 stars. The low-ball offers are not all the time and they do negotiate with you and ultimately you don't have to take what they offer. Again they are a great, friendly and knowledgeable establishment! Keep up the good work and thank you!

Very helpful if I came in looking for a knife a particular Knife it was a USMC K bar They didn’t have it but the gentleman ordered it for me it came in the exact day and I was more than impressed with the quality of the knife and the service that I received I will absolutely buy more items from this pawnshop

The people here made my first experience a great one. I knew going in there I wouldn’t get nearly the value of what I was bringing in but the very friendly customer service was well worth the visit.

Always fair and when I forgot my loan they called me and let me redeem, even though they could have kept my stuff . And made a nice profit. But they surely helped me out going above and beyond what most I pawn shops would do. They in my opinion are the best.

Best pawn shop in town without question. Better prices than than the others by a fair margin, will consider loans on items the others wont touch, and they will work with you if you are late (call before times run out), or when making purchases (with cash), and they will even get in touch to let you know your contract(s) is about to expire.They have a Mom & Pop atmosphere, and are friendly, yet not pushy. I highly recommend this shop.

If i could rate a 0 i would. They say they close at 6 and i got off work, rushed there in which i arrived at 557. I was out of gas and had to get home which is in Vancouver but the duschbag wouldnt help me cause it would have taken 5 minutes even after i begged and told him i was out of gas. He didnt care. All he could think about was himself cause he probably had the gas to get home but im stuck un longview with no food gas ir any way to get home. Ive never experienced sych selfishness and horrible customer service in my life. I even tild him id take 5 dollars for the 300 dollars in tools that i had so he wouldnt gave to look them up but ge just shut the door in my face like a little duschbag. Im going to make it my mission ti spread the word of this horrible place

For those who don't know, this is one of the few pawn shops I have ever dealt with that calls you if you forgot a pawn, and isn't just there to rip people off. They also take things other pawn brokers won't consider. Only shop I'll deal with in Longview. They always give a decent offer and will work with you when they can. For those who complain about their offers, remember that you will only get a percentage of an average used price for a comparable item. As soon as you open your xbox or ride your bike it's not new... no matter how good of condition. There is also the factor of how long will it take to sell etc, and let's not forget the lost interest if you don't pick up your item. Never had an unfair offer, and if i ask why they offer what they have, they usually break down the numbers for me. So.. yeah good people, good service, amazing variety of items for sale. check it out.
