Normal shop and buy. Saw an item if interest, inquired and had my questions answered. Bought the item with no troubles. Satisfied with purchase. Will go back.

It was important that I get the Xbox out that day and although I had made contact with them many times on my progress and eta they would not allow me to pay them and get my Xbox at 4:57 (according to my cell phone) because their store clock said 5:05. The lady I had talked to several times seemed understanding and that my late arrival wouldn't be an issue since it would only be moments but the man I talked to last who was not a manager wouldn't budge at all. My complaint might seem small to some but I was so very frustrated that I had tried so hard to do everything since 3 that had to be done to get to the pawn shop before 5.

Had a "bike sale" and charged me full price. My bike completly broke on the 5th time riding it. I went back and the old dude just said huh. Will never go here again, and I advise you to do the same.

I have only been in a couple times. Both times I got treated like a piece of garbage by the very arrogant, very young guy, who seems to be in charge. No customer service skills whatsoever, and to me that is a main factor in bringing me back in. Yes it is a pawn shop and they are offering a service, but just because I am in a spot to have to pawn something does not mean I deserve to be treated this way. Will never go back.

Great place to shop and a wide selection on whatever your looking for. A nice large store that showcases there items well. The owner herself is as nice as they come and the staff there are well trained and very helpful.

The owners are amazing! I was ripped off and all my stuff ended up at their place, when I came in they had no problem letting me get what was mine and made sure the person along with the fake names he used are banned from coming in. I always forget her name but the lady is amazing and understands when things go bad. Totally the place to go when you need a loan or good tools at a great price!

Great people! Cant wait for them to open up! Even if one day a week with social distancing! Want to pick up our guitar, it is essential in times like these! ❤😊❤

I love pawn shopping. Went here looking for s bench grinder on the cheap. All I can say is, how do they stay in business!! 200 bucks for a craftsman 6" bench grinder on a make shift pedestal. Lol the tool is 60 brand new!! Everything is hilariously over priced. It's like a hoarders yard sale where nothing's under a grand so they can keep everything.

They have always given me great service, and a fair price. It's a pawn shop people. nobody's making you sale or buy anything. Have a great day
