I was a first time homebuyer and thought my experience with Bryan Cohen would be a pleasant one. Initially, his communication was great but things drastically changed towards the end. He made a lot of empty promises and made some alarming mistakes with my loan estimate. It wasn't until I brought it to their attention that it was even corrected. My trust with him is completely broken. I wouldn't recommend using his branch unless you have additional quotes from other lenders to keep them honest.

Working with Michael Goldberg is always a pleasure, he knows how to communicate and has a great deal of integrity when providing customer service to his clients. In these Pandemic Times you need a Mortgage Lender you can trust, my client was Buying and Selling at the same time, we got it done thank you Michael you really calmed my client and got the job done. I am truly jealous when I read these comments from other people raving about their experience with this company. When I first did a consult with this company I felt like the upcoming transaction was going to be efficient, timely, and with minimal hiccups. What I did receive from them was the complete opposite. No concrete outline regarding how things had to proceed, poor and minimal communication, extremely unprofessional language and bashing, and weeks delays along the entire process. I eventually was able to purchase my place, but it could have been months sooner if I was working with true professionals. Would advise taking your business elsewhere.
