So grateful for the efficient services at Hyundai City of Bay Ridge! I searched all over NYC and NJ for dealerships that not only had the car I was looking for, but for a sales team that would be transparent with me throughout the whole process. This was my first time purchasing a car, so it was important to me that I worked with a competent team but also caring enough to answer all of my questions from beginning to end with compassion. The team at Bay Ridge was very accommodating to meeting my timeline for picking up the vehicle, and made the process very simple for me. Just purchased a Sonic Blue Kona N here and the process was very smooth. The pricing was transparent and fair. The staff, particularly Moe (Nephew) and the finance manager Nick, were very helpful. I put down a deposit on a particular color of the Kona N a couple weeks ago and Moe kept me up to date the whole way until delivery. It was delivered ahead of schedule too which was nice and by the time I came in to settle the purchase the car was prepped, gassed up and ready to go. Nick helped me get a fair price and settled the paperwork quickly. Making a big purchase like a car can have you second guessing yourself at times but Moe was great at making you feel like you made the right decision and I'm very happy with mine. A nice surprise for me was that they provided me with actual NY plates rather than temp tags. That was a nice bonus. This dealership is definitely work checking out and I went to a quite a few over the course of the last few weeks. Glad I ended up here. Cheers!

If you're looking to lease or finance a car from Hyundai, this is the place to go to. I came here with a friend few months back when he leased his car, customer service was above and beyond!!! Out of all the dealership I went to this is by far THE BEST! Which is also why I was willing to travel from Queens to here to lease my car. Mo (nephew) is the person to look for. Unlike other sales reps from other dealership, he gave me my options, answers all my questions and did not pressure me into signing anything. Scott the sales manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable...he answered all the questions and concern I had. The finance manager was also super nice!!! The entire process went by smoothly. Even after leaving the dealership, Mo had text me the next day to follow up on how everything is with my new car. The whole team was superior!!! I want to be as transparent as possible for this review for everyone. With looking to lease in a post pandemic era, it’s not easy and everything is at a all time high. After narrowing down what I was looking for car wise, finding the price was the most important aspect next. After about a good 4-6 weeks of consistently shopping around I found bay ridge Hyundai to be the best bang for the buck and terms of quality and transparency. The reason being: I walked in there and was greeted by Moe. Moe didn’t try any peer pressure tactics or typical salesman games. I looked around and he said he was available for questions. Once I put my guard down and started asking more questions about the vehicles, I found him to be very knowledgeable, and transparent on prices and what I should be looking for instead of what I thought I needed. Overall, a great experience with Moe and his uncle Moe who works in finance who worked out the prices I was looking for. I highly recommend coming in and asking for MOE and uncle Moe in finance, the overall feeling gives a family vibe when you walk in and comfort when dealing with these right people.

Not bad customer service however, just like every other dealership they try to nickle and dime you. Don't come here if you do not have time to shop around. Nobody can tell you the exact numbers they are calculating your monthly payment from. You can't get a straight answer regarding how they make their calculations. I believe they simply have a number in mind and aim for it until they get it. They will blame Covid or the Micro Chip shortage for the increase in price however if you look at the sticker price and crunch the number you are going to pay for 1/2 the car if you plan to lease and they want you to put around 4-6 thousand dollars down. No working class individual can afford a nice car these days. I went to queens and got a Limited Sonata for a reasonable price.
CD. We were not playing any games with you or trying to “nickel and dime you”. There is a serious shortage of vehicles in the entire world. It is based on the micro chip shortage. Those issues are compounded by an extreme shortage of truckers, cutbacks at factories due to Covid and a myriad of other factors. Had a wonderful experience getting my new car from Hyundai City of Bay Ridge. Even just talking over the phone to Ray, the manager, Mo (aka Nephew) made me feel comfortable enough to drive 45 miles from New Jersey although the same car was available at dealers closer. Rohan, the Finance Manager, was thorough and informative. Mo made sure to follow up the next couple of days to make sure everything was OK and to see if I had any questions. They did not mark up the price over MSRP like many other dealerships are doing nowadays. I recommend them very highly!!

Moe(nephew) from sales was a great person to deal with. Straightforward and forthcoming. There were a couple of hassles along the way, but still overall a great experience and would highly recommend. They accidentally kept the Ioniq 5 charging cord and Moe went out of his way and delivered it to my door. This car is amazing, just as the service was. Not happy with the customer service provided. Recently I purchased Ioniq5 from them and they made us wait for 6 hours to get everything ready. Even though we had an appointment, we almost travelled 3 hours from Upstate still no consideration. Also they did not completely charged the vehicle, even though I asked them many times they gave us with 50% charge at 8 PM, with my 2 year old kid in winter first time using an electric vehicle it was a total mess and we paid the price for their mistake. Finally I forgot my garage door opener in my old car , we requested to them to mail it and they don't pick my calls and overall I'm not satisfied as a customer.

We bought a 2022 Veloster from Hundai of Bay Ridge. Let me leave the awesomeness of Veloster N aside, ya'll probably know it's already at the top of the class for hot hatches, instead just let me discuss Hundai of Bay Ridge as a business. Given all the shortages in supply in the US right now, I have to call Moe out and say he was on the spot with all communications over email, voice and text. And man I must have been one of the most needly clients they've seen in a long time. The day it finally did come in, I drove it home that night. Moe helped us prepare entirely in advance, it was a totally painless experience. Everything was up front and above board on our deal. I don't particular like the automotive dealer industry. Maybe I even think we should be able to order our cars online and not have to deal with dealers at all, no markups, any of that, and maybe we'll be there in ten years. But, after having gone through the process Hyundai of Bay Ridge, it wasn't that bad. It was definitely not the same experience I've had with other dealers through my life. And the good part of going through this with them is I have no doubt these guys are going to take care of my car for the next many years. Now that I know everybody at that shop, I'm glad it's that management team and guys like Moe taking care of us here in Bay Ridge. As a client, I can tell reputation is everything to them, and that makes it a good and trustworthy business here in Bay Ridge. And of course Hyundai and their warranties are the best in the business, at least this year of 2022.

I leased a Hyundai Palisade here and overall had a good experience. My only complaint would be that the process was a bit lengthy but that’s to be expected to an extent when getting a new car. Timing aside the service I received was great. The salesman, Ray, was very helpful. He immediately set me up to test drive the car I was interested in and gave me a detailed run through of the car I ended up leaving with. The manager who helped me out (unfortunately I did not get his name) was also very helpful and did his best to get me a reasonable deal despite my credit not being top tier. Overall I left the dealership very happy and intend to go back when this lease ends to get my next car here.

I called into the dealership and spoke to Lulu who was extremely upfront and honest. This was my first time getting a car and I was unsure if I wanted to lease or finance. She went over both options and explained the differences. We talked about pricing and then I went into the dealership and that's when I met Jeremy. Jeremy was great! He showed me the vehicle and finished going over pricing with me. He was very patient and helpful answering all of my questions. I met with Mo who was the Manager and he went over all the paperwork with me explaining every detail and making sure that I understood everything. I bought my first car here at this dealership and was intrigued by the fact that it was under new management. What really sold me was their tag-line of transparency, efficiency and respect. There's nothing worst than feeling like you got had by a deceiving dealership. Fortunately, this was far from that. I was greeted by the sweetest receptionist, and was helped by salesperson Mo. He was very helpful and kind, and loved that he offered me a test drive on the spot (last dealership I went to didn't offer that AT ALL). He was pleasant the whole time and was well informed. Scott was great as well, helping me to great a good finance deal that worked for me. Was very impressed by the team here at this dealership. Was able to get my car the very next day and Mo showed me all the features and helped me apply for BlueLink. Car shopping and negotiating can all be so nerve wracking but I was so happy with my experience here and was impressed by the sincere honesty everyone had throughout. Update: (9/12) I was not aware that I was charged for extended warranty. It wasn’t even brought up to me during the 2 visits I was over there. I wish I knew and had the option. I don’t know why this wasn’t disclosed. Disappointing

Bought a beautiful 22 Kona N line from this spot. Mo is the guy to see. First off out of all the places to buy a new car they have the lowest markup of only $2K compared to $5-10K other places. Then on top of that they will work with you on things so that markup could be less. They care about their inventory and the consumer experience. It shows and it's probably why they will sell all their stock while other places sit on it. My advice buy here you get no drama and an easy transition into a vehicle.

Never ever come here, All the sales persons are cons, they asked me to come to see the car where as they don’t have the cars.I wanted to speak to the owner but they didn’t allow me, someone named Ray was so rude, also the General Manager, absolutely unacceptable. When I asked them why did you tell me to come here where as you don’t have the car, they started making some b*** stories. I called them today at 2 pm and spoke to Marlene, she said there are 3-4 cars available to see and I arrived there at 5.30 pm, and it’s on the same day, and they are saying all the cars sold out— JOKE!! They think we are fool??? , is it even possible??!!! If you think that this is your bread and butter then take your job seriously. And to the “ President”— I was told you are in a vacation, how come you know the whole situation, did you see what happened there?? Lol
Sir, I’m not sure if you are aware, but there is a world wide shortage of vehicles. It is unfortunate, but many times per week we tell someone that a car is available. ( at the time it is) and by the time the client gets here the vehicle is in fact sold. It doesn’t hold any benefit for us to lie to you. We are a totally transparent dealership. It is just what is happening lately. You and every client should be explained this on the call or email before hand. I apologize. That being said, there are 20 men and ladies trying to feed their families here. We will never allow someone to create a scene in our store. That is why you were asked to leave. I was really impressed by the level of professional from everyone at this location. This was my first time EVER leasing a car and could not help but feel a bit on edge and skeptic about the overall process when I walked in early this year. My associate Ray G., was great! The staff at Bay Ridge Hyundai was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. One sales associate, Rosa, especially stood out. She navigated the leading process effortlessly and though I have not messed a car in over 15 years, it was a very good experience. The most unprofessional dealership I have dealt with. The sales manager Ahmed is a bad representation of everything Hyundai stands for. Avoid here at all costs. They’ll wait until you get a car and give you the run around for months. Ahmed is extremely disrespectful and rude and will yell over customers and berate them as well as threaten to call the police on them and kick them out. Thankfully Lilly, Krystal,Danny, and Joe were extremely helpful and literally did everything in their power to rectify the situation that Ahmed created. If it weren’t for them I would never return here nor would I have anything nice to say about this establishment

I had such a good experience with this dealership! First, let me start off by saying how professional and kind everyone there is. Ray, who is my sales representative, and Karim who is the manager, treated me with the outmost respect and courtesy. All my questions and worries were answered and taken care of right away. Not for a moment have I felt troublesome about any of my car concerns. Second, I got the the car I’ve been searching for OVER A MONTH! I went there on Monday and everyone was amazing, welcoming, and friendly. Each of them provide the best customer service by explaining every little details. I was supposed to meet with Lulu weeks ago, but I kept changing the dates(which I felt horrible) she was so patient and understanding. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Sal (Sales dept) and Rohan ( Sales manager) they were both amazing and told me about my options and gave me great advice. They helped me get the lowest interest to buy a car and to lower my car insurance as well. They kept checking on me while I was waiting for the bank to respond. Then I met Raza (from finance dept), he got me some great deals/ options to lower my monthly payment. I asked him so many questions about cars (sorry)😂😂 and he answered all my questions in a way that I could understanding. I am not sure what happened to that place now compare to 3-2 years ago but this current staff provides an excellent and outstanding service without pressuring me. Thank you guys for everything!!

If you are looking for a good deal and outstanding customer service, don't go to New Jersey. Don't go to Long Island. Just go to Bayridge. Buying a new vehicle, especially for the 1st time, can be one of the most daunting experiences of one's life. Luckily, after going to several other dealers, we were able to purchase our '22 Tuscon from Moe, aka "Nephew", and he made it so pleasant and memorable. He, along with the Bayridge team, were kind, professional, playful and transparent through the entire process. First off, I must say that I loved the culture of the dealership. They weren't like the other dealerships I've been to that give you a bait just to get you in, nor try to sell you a vehicle thousands over MSRP like most other dealerships are doing. Just had a fantastic buying experience with Butch. I was looking for a car for my son, and it was important to stay within a certain budget, so the Kona was perfect for us. I also wanted to test drive it. With such low inventory it could be easy to send someone away who wants to test drive, especially when the only model you have is in the showroom. Butch told me to make an appointment during the week, and he would have the car pulled out for me. I called during the week, and he said he had one more model that just came in. It was in the service department because someone who bought it last week decided to trade it in for a bigger model. Butch drove me down to the service center, and even let me sit in his car to finish a work conference call. We drove the car, and it met all of our specs, so we said we were very interested. I asked Butch to put together out-the-door numbers for us including tax, tag, title. He reserved the car for us while we went through this process, and spent his entire day off answering questions for us via text., Turns out he was selling 5 other cars on his day off. Came in the next day to pick up the car and everything was exactly as we had negotiated. Nothing hidden. Butch gave us a comprehensive in-service, and the finance manager was quick and efficient. In this market where cars are scarce, I have to say it was the easiest, smoothest transaction I ever had. I would send any of my friends to Butch!

I purchased my new Hyundai at another local dealership because Bay Ridge didn't have the car I wanted. But the other dealer neglected to put on my license plates, remove the window sticker, or basically do anything other than hand us the keys! I took the car to Bay Ridge, and they were extremely helpful even though I bought the car elsewhere. Within 20 minutes, the plates were on and all the stickers were off. Wow! I'll definitely be coming back here for service and any future needs from the dealer.

Moe(nephew) from sales was a great person to deal with. Straightforward and forthcoming. There were a couple of hassles along the way, but still overall a great experience and would highly recommend. They accidentally kept the Ioniq 5 charging cord and Moe went out of his way and delivered it to my door. This car is amazing, just as the service was. Everything about this Car Dealership was incredible. I felt like a member of their family thanks to Butch, my sales expert. He really helped outline everything that I needed to know in order to have a very smooth transaction. I visited Bay Ridge Hyundai after visiting several Hyundai dealerships. The sales associate and manager, Jabari and Ray, went over every detail that I was looking for. I was divided between different trim levels, and they made sure I wasn’t over paying for features I don’t need. I called Hyundai City of Bay Ridge yesterday morning to inquire about the Genesis GV70, I spoke to a salesperson named Jasmine. Jasmine, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. I asked her a plethora of questions and she had honest answers for each of my questions. After, about 15 minutes of me asking questions about the GV70, I determined that the vehicle would be to small and to expensive for me. I had been car shopping for over a month on and off and I was getting use to not finding what I wanted. As, I was about to end my call with Jasmine, I thanked her for her time and professionalism. She said Mrs. Washington if you want something more affordable and a bit larger please allow me to share some information with you about the Hyundai Santa Fe. In my mind I was not a Santa Fe driver, I wanted more luxury without the hefty price tag. Once she explained the features, I started to reconsider. I told her I would call her back. I looked the car up decided it could work for me and I called her back. I asked her to check her inventory. She went above and beyond to accommodate me. She had her manager Adam call me to discuss the even more details. All I can say is my car buying process did not disappoint, it was a pleasant and delightful experience. I arrived at the dealership just before closing. I met Jasmine and Adam they explained the next process and introduced me to Danny who I call my car concierge. Danny took me to the car walked me around it, open the door for me and told me he was going to explain all the features and he did exactly that. I closed my purchase with Rohan from finance, he was so personable and very informative. I know that I'm given a lot of details but all of the details are indicative of the professionalism I received at Hyundai City of Bay Ridge. If you're shopping for a car I highly suggest going to this dealership. Just be patient and let the process play out, there are a lot of variables in the car buying process but these folks will get you through the entire process with ease, no sleezy gimmicks. Serious buyer with cash in hand. Called to ask for the final price on the 2022 veloster n you have in transit. Was told you guys were to busy to quote me and would have to call me back. We were not willing to go lower than you were quoted. In these times where vehicles are at a shortage, some of the hard to get cars demand a premium. This was one of those cars. I do not think I am going to be able to express how happy I am in a simple review. I dealt with Rocco, and the general manager Muhammad. In short, I received exactly the offer I saw on the bay ridge Hyundai website. The staff was accommodating, friendly, informative, and patient. This is my first car, and Rocco walked us through all of the steps necessary to get driving. Helped us ensure the car, install the plates for us, and gave us a bumper protector. They set up the navigation for us, and taught us how to use all of the features in our new 2020 Hyundai Kona ultimate. I had wanted thunder grey, this color was not available (through absolutely no fault of theirs) So they gave me a call or I ended up liking even better, and upped the miles in my lease as an accommodation. The process was quick, easy, and a total 180 from previous experiences I had while looking for a car. I want to thank you all from the very bottom of my heart for an incredible experience. Was looking to buy my first car and this was a great dealership for that. Neil was helpful and got me the car I wanted, despite it being sold out virtually everywhere. Karim really cares about the customer experience and was there for you when you needed him. George was also great, he acted as the finance person for me and was able to get me the best deals as a new college grad with little credit history. Overall everyone was nice and helpful and I was able to finance the car I’ve been wanting.

My first time using this dealership and did not have a happy experience. I have brought my car to 2 mechanics prior coming to this dealership, they both were able to diagnose the same issue. When my car shows up to the dealership they claim it’s something else. I put my mechanic on the phone to explain to explain what the issue is. Of course the gentleman on the phone had to disagree…. 3 days later I get a call saying that they see something else is wrong not what they initially thought , which was exactly what my mechanic had told them. From there it took about 8 weeks for car to be finished. I have been constantly trying to get updates during this time and have always been told that the gentleman I’m dealing with will call me back which never ever called me back or half the time he’s not in today. When going to pick up my vehicle they are trying to charge me for what they initially thought the issue was. Which they agreed was mistakenly done. Which I had no choice but what to pay. Overall very unhappy with this experience( did leave out a lot of details) would not suggest using this dealership.

Great experience leasing a 2022 Hyundai Tucson. Moe really helped us out a lot, he set everything up for us nicely and the whole process overall was smooth and we faced no problems. 100% recommended, we made the trip from Long Island and it was well worth it. After an exhausting experience at a few Hyundai dealerships, I made my last trip into Hyundai city of bay ridge. I was greeted right away and was serviced moments later to Ray. Ray was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down with him. He was transparent and very helpful in helping me figure out the car that best fit my needs. Due to high demand in cars, the car I wanted took about a month for delivery but ray was very communicative and once back at the dealership for final paperwork he was super helpful. Visited Hyundai city of bay ridge with my girlfriend a few months ago for her 2022 Tucson purchase with ray. Our visit was very comfortable and smooth during our process. Fast forward a few months later, my Honda lease is near its end and Im in need of a similar smooth process. Stopped into the Hyundai city first to visit ray. Ray is now a sales manager ! Look, if you like to haggle, go to a flea market. That's now where I get my kicks, so let's assume the dealership is a business and they will make money on the sale. And we wanted a new car, so it's already a scam (always bought used, but a lease can be a business tax deduction, or something) I came prepared, ready to buy or lease the Santa Fe based on the sticker price, but counting on the dealer incentives, which are available now on '17 year-end cars. I had some idea on packages, but Julio was so nice to take me to see if this car would fit into my garage and driveway, and then we drove down to their overflow lot, by costco, to see the packages. I looked at the Night and the Sport, which I ended up driving back. It's like going apple picking for cars. 28k - and I took a trade in, for which Camille gave me what I expected, over 10k. I put half toward a lease, as Max explained, and will get half back, minus the leather seat install that they will do for me later. So, 10-3, and I drove off in my new car - they took care of the DMV and insurance transfers on the spot. All taxes and fees rolled into my lease/downpayment - I came out at $195/mo and can buy out the car for 15k in 3 years. Or I can NOT BUY IT - freedom! Couldn't be happier! If the price doesn't matter, what does? Service, I hope. They promised me some oil changes, car detailing, seems like they mean it. Seems also like if there are problems, they will solve them. They're right in my neighborhood, so reputations matter. Oh, and it's been one day, and I'm loving the car!

Truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a dealership. The dealership blasts music and is not accommodating to hearing impaired people, nor was the salesperson respectful of the situation when we informed him (e.g. never offered a quiet area to continue our discussion, would speak rapidly and had to ask him to slow down and repeat himself, and would look down when speaking.) Additionally, the salesperson did not behave appropriately and would not let myself or my mom explain our perspective. When we made a general statement about our experience at Hyundai dealerships, he interjected saying it's not his problem that the last owners were "very shady," he increasingly became more aggressive in the way he was speaking and both my mom and I were confused and uncomfortable. When my mom tried to interject his rant, the salesman would not stop and persisted because he took our general statement about our experience at Hyundai as us making "accusations" about him -- which makes no sense. Ultimately, because of the way he was behaving, his incoherent rant, and the ineloquent manner he was expressing himself, I shushed the salesman out of concern of him making a scene and trying to get back to the negotiation. Regretfully, that was obviously not a smart decision because he became even more offended and refused to move forward with our discussion because he felt I was disrespectful -- having zero awareness of how he was behaving leading up to that point. Overall, once that man realized my mom wanted to buy out her current lease and not move forward with purchasing or leasing a new car for herself, he just did not care. That was stupid of him because depending on our experience I was going to ask about buying a car THAT DAY, however because of his ineptitude and overall childlike behavior we didn't even get past a ten minute discussion. I'm going elsewhere and Bay Ridge Hyundai lost my business because their SALES team cannot conduct a productive conversation with current customers and potential buyers.

BUYER BEWARE!!! It's a particularly bad first car buying experience. First, when I signed the lease agreement, the finance guy named nick says he will give me platinum service contract for free which is worth 2400 but I find out on the lease agreement shows I have to pay it myself. And my sale representative Jabari also said I would get the all weather floor mats for free, it’s been almost two months I haven’t get it yet and ask Jabari for any updates, NEVER EVER reply me back. If someone from THIS dealership told you that they will give you things or services for free, PLZ GO CHECK OUT THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED THE MONEY MIGHT COME FROM YOUR POCKET!!!! Then the gm Adam came out with some excuse like “nick is a new guy” and gave me a solution that a 800 dollar check, which I still have to pay 1600 by myself. I really like the Hyundai car, so 1600 dollars more is still acceptable for me. By now, I still don’t receive none of these things, the floor mat, the check and the apologies from anyone of the dealership. They are dishonest and I can’t say all of them are, but most of them take advantage of customers, especially people like me first time car buyer. People from this dealership are trying to ruin their reputation.
Sir, Adam has tried to work out your issue with you on several occasions. The $800 was N agreement that you both agreed to. We can cancel the warranty at any time if that is what you like.

My experience at Bay Ridge Hyundai was wonderful. I worked with Ray who patiently answered all of my questions and handled the transaction with care. Having run past their closing, he did not rush when showing me the details of the cars operational system. He explained everything. He even called to follow up 4 days later to see how all was with my car. What more can one ask? Typical car sales experience?? Absolutely Not!

I've recently visited the Hyundai dealership at 4th avenue and 90th street Brooklyn NY, and as I entered the dealership I was greeted by a very nice salesperson. I got to spoke to a salesperson named Ray, he was very polite and professional and made me feel at home. He then answered all my questions and then got me into a lease I was very comfortable and very happy with. He went through all the details very thoroughly regarding the lease agreement. He made the process so easy. I then spoke to the finance person and completed the paper work and purchased the Hyundai protection program, that I was also very happy with. The entire experience at Hyundai was very pleasant and all the sales people were very nice and professional and made me feel like I made the right decision coming to this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to lease or purchase a car. A few days later the salesperson Ray called to check to see if everything was okay with my lease, the entire experience at hyundai was outstanding.

Wow! INCREDIBLE experience from start to finish! After being extremely stressed out with the bad vibes of dealing with the wheel and deal “used car salesman” approach of Plaza Hyundai, we were disheartened and about to give up our search. However, we knew we needed a car asap and decided to power through and googled the next closest dealership to us(Hyundai City). When we walked in the front desk associate greeted us with a smile and kindly introduced us to Dan(aka Butch). My guard was up after the experience we just walked away from but Butch with his relaxed, kind, “let’s work together” approach quickly warmed us up to him. Not only did he end up working with us to make the car fit our budget, it actually felt good giving him our money because he is a great guy. Prior to the visit I read online that they pride themselves on honesty and integrity, and I thought what a load of bs. I can proudly say I was wrong and they are the real deal. Butch was extremely friendly, honest, and made the whole experience fun. Shout outs to Karim(sales manager) and Jason(finance manager). Everyone was so great!!! I drove out to Bay Ridge Brooklyn to take a look at a car that was posted online. First, let me tell you an important lesson I learned. Always make sure you talk to the dealership before you drive an hour out and make sure the car is at the location. With that said I knew what I wanted and the car that was listed matched my needs. I began negotiating a deal without even seeing the car. A relationship is built on trust and buying a car is no different. I can honestly say that this dealership has earned my trust. I challenged everything including the words that Pietro my sales rep was saying to me. It all checked out in the end and ultimately I went through with the purchase. The general manager gave me his word that the car would be ready the next day, it would have a bow, and it would be delivered to Yonkers as it was a gift to my girlfriend. The entire team from the sales rep, to the finance guy, to the General Manager all delivered on their promises. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for more than just a car.

The service was amazing. I spoke to Lulu on the phone to schedule an appointment she was lovely and professional. When my cousin and I arrived to the dealership I meant Pietro (Sales). He treated us so well while negotiating and always made sure we were comfortable. Next I meant the sales manager Rohan and when I mentioned we were MOS he really made it a mission to give us the best deal. I was like for a 2020 Tucson and left with a 2021! Raza the finance manager did an excellent job explaining the payments and what I was signing. The customer service was truly one of a kind while getting the vehicle together. Our salesman Mike D. was immediately attentive and helpful. I have been a Hyundai driver since 2014. This was my first time at this dealership and I WILL be back! Mike was focused on us and didn't divide his time between us and other customers, which was truly appreciated. Raza was the person in the Finance Dept who took care of the payment end of things. We did have to wait a while because it was Sunday and he was the only finance person there, but it was worth the wait. I have already had an amazing, above and beyond experience with BR Hyundai service dept this past summer (Joe), which is why I chose this dealership. I live walking distance from a different dealer, but their reputation is not good. I suggest this dealership for you if you're looking for helpful, non aggressive salespeople.

My experience with Bay Ridge Hyundai was great from start to finish. The pricing at the showroom matched the advertised price on the website and they were prepared for my appointment. I test drove the vehicle right away and working with Ray and Raza was pleasant and effective. They were friendly, informative and maintained a casual tone. If you want a completely unique car buying experience, go to Bay Ridge Hyundai ask for Ray Ighneim. Ray is professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable. Yes, he is a car salesperson! The receptionist Jasmine, is pleasant and professional and remembers your name. The management also made a point of introducing themselves. Adam and Scott were helpful with questions and concerns I had. On my first visit to the dealership, I was greeted in the parking lot and asked if I needed help. I said yes and Ray came out to help. I told him I was browsing and not ready to sign on the dotted line. He did not pressure me to make a decision. We took a test drive. I told him when I would return if I decided to buy an Elantra. After serious research, I decided the Elantra was my car of choice. 0% financing also made my decision easy. I made an appointment with Ray, signed on the dotted line, purchased the car, signed the necessary documents with Steve, who was also a professional.and drove off the lot. Ray gave me an in depth tutorial, answered all my questions with patience and courtesy. He set up all the bells and whistles: bluelink, phone, radio, etc. I needed a refresher course, made another appointment with Ray. He patiently and with good humor gave me another tutorial. Ray Ighneim made buying a car, especially as a woman, a stress free and respectful experience. Ray exemplifies the motto of the Bay Ridge Hyundai: Transparency, Efficiency and Respect.

Getting a new car is no easy feat, but I'm so thankful to Hyundai City of Bay Ridge! They truly made the process stressful & with ease. I have to give a huge shoutout to Butch, my car salesman, because he was the most compassionate person I met. Super friendly, kind, and wise!!!!!! I loved each conversation we had! He was really knowledgable about the car you will purchase, and will spend time with you. Butch followed up with me about updates on the car, my appointment times, and what I needed to do throughout the process. I was always in the loop, because he was able to send messages & phone calls. Excellent customer service. Butch was also transparent about the costs, and was able to work with us to see what was in our budget. I'm super grateful that businesses like these exist in the neighborhood, because they actually care & are true professionals. I also have to give another shoutout to the GM & Finance manager, who were also wonderful! These people know what they are doing. I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime and felt like I was going for a root canal with high pressured sales people when I walked into Hyundai city of the Bay Ridge I felt comfortable with the staff and very comfortable with my sales person Ray. Ray Ighneim helped provided one of the better experiences I have had while shopping for a car. He was very knowledgeable and very much willing to meet me half way in terms of price negotiation.
