LRS Surveying Maple Ridge Dr, Cartersville

I would absolutely recommend LRS Surveying to anyone! We had our property surveyed to identify our borders and all buildings, etc. We wanted to have the border staked, and then have the property's corner pins flagged and new a plat drawn up. I tried to get a survey done for over two years and could not get a return call until I found LRS. Because of COVID and the amount of people needing and wanting surveys I did have to wait but they kept me updated and they went out to do the survey on the date scheduled. They are a professional service at a fair price. Everyone I spoke with at this company was friendly, professional, efficient and informative. There were no surprises. I will happily recommend LRS Surveying to anyone out there that could use their services!

I have worked with LRS on multiple occasions and they are always responsive, detailed and timely in getting the completed ALTA. I highly recommend Shelton and Charliana fabulous as well.

I actually give them 10 stars! They came when they promised and stayed until the job was done. It turned out to be more complicated than anticipated but they made sure it was completed accurately. Obviously know what they are doing!

LRS Surveying owner and employees were courteous, efficient and friendly.

Contacted them to do survey for me. After calling them back several times, I finally got someone to call me back. We set an appointment for them to come out. After being several hours late,. They finally came out to look at what we needed to be done. Was told they would get back to us and next week with a price. It has been 3 weeks now and several phone calls later and I'm tired of messing with this company. EXTREMELY POOR EXPERIENCE!!!
