These guys are truly great! I was helped by the MAN Derrick, the Lovely Shauna, and Mr. GQ Carlos! I've been helped by a couple others in the past at this same location, and they also delivered the same quality service with a smile every time! They all really do make you feel as comfortable as possible the whole time you're there with them. The atmosphere is relaxing, light hearted and fun, yet, they're all very professional and treat you as an individual and not just a sale. You can tell they enjoy they're work, and always greet you with a friendly smile and make the whole experience stress free. More places should have this kind of service and homely, welcoming feel. There's nothing like going into a place of business where all you see are mopey grumpy faces, with stale, dry customer service. Not here! I don't borrow money often, but when I do, I'd rather do business with great people like this over any other place. Great customer service and great people here! Huge Props to Derrick!! You can tell he sets the tone in that place, and that's the tone that keeps me coming back.
