Loyalty Pawn #1 El Camino Ave, Sacramento

I've purchased many guitars and basses here, in 2018 I got a Squire Jazz Bass for under a 100 dollars, an Ibanez gio for under 100 and a Gibson Sg Traditional for 450 out the door. All of them have been lovely axes and the managers have been great about meeting me in prices when possible. The other locations have also all been great, feeding my constant urge to buy more guitar equipment.

the young lady at the counter was very rude. I wouldn't recommend you do business here unless your as crazy as they are and you like getting ripped off.

I would recommend not pay with card here. Only pay cash. And if you use their card machine make sure you wait because if you don't you'll have to wait a few days they get your money back and the manager will come out and say this is why my employees say set thing and I told him she never said anything and ask him how many times has this happened have you put a note on it and he's had said it had happened 5 times. I think if there's an issue with your card machine you should put a note on it after the second time not number 5

The staff here move slower and an elderly person. I never seen 3 employees work so slow. Plus one girl is just standing around d I ckn off while Custmers are waiting In line. I’ll never come here or recommend this place at all

This is the most AWESOME pawn shop I have ever dealt with. I'm a regular customer and they're the best. The customer service is awesome, Rahkell is the the greatest. She has the customers best interest i mind, always willing to help and she advises you of the best option available for your pawn and purchase needs. I literally will never go anywhere else.

I have always had great customer service at Loyalty Pawn. All the staff is polite, helpful, friendly, and give great service. I always stop by the Arden-Arcade location to see by buddy Joseph before I go buy somewhere else. There are always good deals on cool stuff. Good, fair prices and good customer service is a winning combination.

I had an extremely great experience with this Company at their El Camino Blvd location! Travis and a newer Employee Tyler treated me with the utmost respect.. Very Professional .. I've been to many area Shops and wasn't impressed.. I give these guys 5 stars because they are the Best ! Give them a try next time you need a short term loan or want a great deal on used equipment!

I have dealt with loyalty pawn multiple times and every time I've dealt with them they have coming through with flying colors. I stated that I had important sentimental merchandise. the most important my electric guitar given to me by my father I brought it in without a case. When I returned there was a case that they put on to keep it safe and everything was done very professionally and I was extremely impressed. I pawned something that’s very valuable to me in a moment of need. I had just lost my home in a disaster and needed money for a hotel room for my family. I had all but forgotten about the pawn until I was cleaning out my wallet and found the slip with just days left to retrieve the item. I needed extra time to pick up the item. Twice. I was terrified that I was going to lose this item. Cody was more than gracious with extending the timeframe for me. When I went in to pay on the item I was in and out within 5 minutes. The woman who helped me was super sweet. The entire staff is incredibly professional and extremely helpful. I would say this place is MUCH better than Capital City Loan/Pawn. I will absolutely be a return customer and refer my friends and family here.

Loyalty PawnIs seriously the best. Every single time I visit it is a first-class experience. The customer service is a level of its own and I am always treated as more than just a customer. They always seem to always have what I need, and if they don't, they do their best to find it. And with multiple stores throughout Sacramento, they are always a short drive away from wherever I am.

Unfortunately, I've had to change this review. My necklace was in this store for a little bit over a year and when I got it out it was broken. I took it back to be repaired on September 18, 2018 and I was supposed to get it back by September 28, 2018 but I'm still waiting. The most horrible part is no one called me to tell me it would be longer and every time I did call to find out how much longer I couldn't get a clear answer. I'd get promises that I would be called back but I never got not one call. I just want my necklace back!!

I have had great experiences with them. I needed cash for my jewlery and they were very reasonable. Today, when I picked it up they also gave me a great deal on a diamond pair of earings.

This place is a joke. I have never wrote a review ever in my life.bur this place is such a terrible establishment I had to write about it . I don’t know if all of the loyalty pawns are like this one but I would recommend not going to this location . Employees are arrogant. There offers are the lowest out of any pawn shop I been to. Please don’t waste your time or gas going to this place.

Came in today and I’ve never even been to a pawn shop before I’ve always been afraid of them but talking to Rahkell and learning their policies on top of seeing the things they have I wouldn’t mind coming here. Will be back!

DON'T ever go here the worst place ever. I took in my stereo to see how much they would give me for a loan. They only will give 50$ while brand new it's worth 900$ and used on eBay it's worth 370$ they will rip you off do your research and look up the prices online before you take something in to see if you're getting rip off that's what this place is good at

In the past I have been cautious of pawn shops for their reputations of unfair pricing and overall bad environment with the few I have been too. Ramsey is your guy! When you make the great choice to come here, he is the person to ask for! He has great energy, is very polite, all of this while on the clock! Always makes me happy when I don’t have to interact with another drone which is why I do a lot of shopping online. Even if there isn’t a high chance that what I’m looking for is there I would rather come in and say hello! Instead of just clicking buy online. I mean come on, Jeff Bezos has never said hello too you! Ramsey is working hard to sustain the reality where people wanted to interact with others and weren’t just polite/friendly based on obligation. Go in and check out all of the well kept products! Not people I would like to give my money to and I know that 2 people do not represent the entire company, but when you make inferences that someone is a liar and is trying to get one over on you then that is an attack at my personal character. Came through willing to make a deal with cash in hand. Last time the gentleman and I talked over the phone he was putting in effort to try and find a price for me which was very much appreciated. This time the representative cut me off as if she didn’t want to assist me. I Thought you could go to pawn shops to negotiate not to be disrespected. I hope you guys can find someway to help develop customer service within your location. I understand that my money is chump change to you guys but it’s a cut off of business and any further business you would have made.

Every time I come in, I get excellent service. I am always in and out of there rather quickly and am always helped efficiently to find what I want. I'm somewhat of a regular customer, was in the neighborhood so my wife and I stopped by to see what was in the shop, while looking around a guy named Ramsey was very helpful, he was very knowledgeable, courteous and seemed to poses a very genuine quality, hard to find anywhere these days! We love the store, seem's to be something for everyone, a great selection and reasonable prices.

I needed a loan went and was approved for $40 i went to pick my item up (hp laptop)and the charger was gone yes they gave me the run around till finally the gave me $20 be mindful of you items the are not honest.

Travis and Tito are my favorite sales people. Always friendly. This place has been nothing but helpful for me. Wether its needing a new item or pawning one to get a little extra cash. Plus they ALWAYS work with you and help you get the best price possible! I mean where else will you find a 22 in TV for $20?! You go to walmart and it's at LEAST $80 but yeah overall great staff, great prices, and very helpful.

Great lawn shop.. was down on my luck and needed cash and been to other pawn shops in the area and the made me hate pawn shop but first time in loyalty pawn and they made me have faith in pawn shops again.. they where very friendly and really made me feel helped...
