I am new to the area so this was my first time in. The staff was friendly and helpful and offered me the amount I had hoped to receive. Before I had a chance to even notice, I received a call telling me I had left my ID. I appreciated that very much, I would have been in a panic had I not been able to find it. I have noticed that every review I have seen contains a reply from the owner - even the ones that don't contain any comments. To me that says they care enough about the customers to give each review individual attention. I can't find any reason to go anywhere else. I look forward to going in when when I'm looking to buy.

Best pawn store by far. A great setup, lots of different and rare items at good prices. Knowledgable and friendly staff unlike most other shops I've been to. Sports memorabilia, coins, jewelry, tools, video games, and loads of other stuff make this a definite go to for me.

Was in a tight spot and needed a little cash for few days but was denied loan, I brought in an ebike valued at $1200(bike is 3 months old) , asked for a $100 loan, they denied me because they don't have space for a bike( this bike folds in half and has a 2'X3' footprint). Website says they are there to help, thanks for nothing, I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! After reading your response I have a couple questions, which is the lie, I was told you would normally give a loan on the bike but "there is not enough room to store it now" but your response says it's because of battery, so which statement is true? Secondly, do you sell phones, because they have same type of battery which means same risk, as well as cordless drills and other tools(which I did see in your shop) . So in the future try to be honest, now I wish I could give negative stars

I have been going to this place since before my son was born. Probably about 20 years. The owner Chris is extremely understanding. He became a trusted friend over the years. He has helped me out of a bind more than once. The other people who work here are also VERY knowledgeable about any item you bring in. Plus the new store has TONS of items for purchase. They literally have everything from electronics to jewelry to tools to funko pops. If your looking for something, just give them a call. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! ♡

Easy terms trustworthy and the interest rate is not crazy spiked like other pawn shops As of today I am officially going to be a returning customer. If I ever get in jam I know where to go. Few years ago I pawned something for the first time at a different place and for what I pawned I left with barely enough money to put gas in my car. It was a huge waste of time. Never thought I would do it again but some months I end up with an extra week in-between checks and this week I was stressed. Searched Google for different places, read some reviews and I now know why Lowell Pawn has more reviews that any other place. Right off the batt, the fact that they have their own parking lot is a huge plus. The guys where very friendly, helpful and not once did I get a "car salesman"(so to speak) feeling. I left relieved and with enough money to pay my bill. I'll definitely be back to not only get my items but also if I ever need to borrow some extra money again.

I absolutely love Lowell Jewelry and loan.I have been going there for about 4 years now 9n and off.I have no family in the area, so if I need a loan I hit them up w/ collateral receive a loan with in minutes and only pay a small amount of interest and have a month to pay it back. Weather you need to pawn something for a few bucks or your looking for a certain item at a great price, this is the place. Birthdays, anniversaries or Christmas you will find great presents at a super price. I come in some times just to look around and see what they have, or as I said I come in looking for certain things that I usually find what I came in for .
