Always have a pleasant experience here. Always been treated kindly. I’ve never felt like I had to or forced to buy anything. Pretty reasonable with loan’s if you ever need one. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Whether purchasing, getting a loan, or just browsing you’ll be treated with respect and not feel pressured.

I often need a fast loan so I use my cameras and the interest rate isn't very much; the terms of the loan are always perfectly spelled out. They're competitor is very ambiguous on the terms of taking a cash loan on your gear. I have never had a problem because I always knew how much and when as it is clearly detailed on every agreement I don't go anywhere else ever except these guys at Empire loan

The people at Empire Loan are great. Always nice and friendly. They are not just a loan/pawn shop the have different merchandise. Primarily jewelry but the have tools, computers, laptops, iPad and so much more. Whether your looking for a loan or something to buy check them out

I made 2 transactions today, a purchase and a layaway with Rob both went very smooth and stress free.I also dealt with Steve whom was very helpful with a watch fitting.Both are professional and caring at the same time. Empire Loan in Lowell is a great place to find great deals.

I give this store6 stars for due dilligagance,they really went above and beyond with a be n issue I had,the Spanish woman who's nameI do not know was contacted by a person who found my wallet she didn't have to do anything but that person found my empire receipt contacted your store rep she acted as a go-between between me and her as to not to give out anybody's number and I was able to retrieve my wallet with my social security card driver's license and other important documents I cannot thank her or your store enough you guys are great

I love empire. The staff is all nice and will greet u right as you walk in. They always have smiles on their faces. The prices are good and they give a good amount when you pawn things with them.
