Logix Smarter Banking N Hollywood Way, Burbank

Terrible, Horrendous customer service! ... I thought Logix’s customer service staff was different from other banks, but I guess not. ... Never had problems with this any other bank very bad terms and lie, doing credit inquire for no reason and ... Omg, it was a complete miss leading lie over lie.

I have been a loyal customer for over 25 years. I recieved a letter from logix just after my 20 year mark. It said that I would receive the gold level of relationship rewards for members that have been "with us" for 20 years or more. I really appreciated that. However, in October of 2018, I received another'letter and it said the rewards were being redone. Regardless of my gold status, as it would be taken away. I called to ask if they would abide by their previous letter. I was told that my reward status would now be based on how much money I had in my accounts. Several attempts to ask why, were met with the following: Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent experiences with Logix. Your feedback, along with other member’s feedback, help us in determining what is being done right and what can be improved. I understand your frustration and I do apologize for that. We truly do appreciate all of our members. A lot of thought and research went into the recent changes of our rewards program. Your feedback will be directly submitted to upper management. Though I understand that this does not fix or alleviate the issue at hand I hope you know that we are listening. If you have any other concerns, questions or feedback please let us know. I now know where I stand with this bank. I know it is a credit union, but they are now acting like a bank. I will be moving my money from this bank and put it where I am a valued customer.

Having years with This bank , very Bad customer service never had a problem with this bank until they wouldnt authroize a check that has my name.

Time to move on. Bank no longer values long time customers in favor of profits.

Worse Credit Union to get a car loan from. I paid my car loan off in March of this year, since then I have been going back and forth with Logix member Chloe about my title which they sent to my old address even after having a change of address put in the system over 2 years ago now. Now three months have passed and Logix has done little to nothing to help find where my title is, that they originally lost. Currently unable move forward with this car due to a simple mistake they aren’t willing to fix.

THE BEST experience all thanks for SERGIO. he had patience, great communication was able to get me approved despite a bump on the road. 10/10 recommend .. chef kisses !
