    Sorry to see this branch move, it's been there so long and I only live 2 blocks away. Great credit union, bought a boat and 3 cars through them. The web bill pay is an excellent tool. The Web site is very easy to manage your account. They offer many services. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Plenty of parking. I've been with them for 45 years and never had any complaints. Try them, I think you will like the service.

    Since moving it's now difficult to bank here. They have moved to the worst part of the Burbank! Traffic in the area is a nightmare. Theres no quick access to the ATM, as the curbs are painted red. You have to park around the block in a parking structure! I've been with Lockheed/Logix for over 20 years and will sadly be looking for a new credit union. They say they are going to open a branch in Toluca Lake. Yeah that's an even worse area for parking and traffic. Like you couldn't just leave a branch where it was and open another branch Downtown. Un happy.

    Been with logix since 1996 very happy with them. I don't live in Palmdale or Lancaster any more I moved to hemet but won change banks inless I move out of state ..they have credit unions here that take logix atm cards which is great

    Otherwise have had a great experience with them until recently. I needed to do a remote wire transfer, and this is something that they would not allow me to do online or by phone, despite the fact that every major bank has an online wire service built into their user account services, or at the very least a telephone wire service. They refused to make an exception even though I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and they even gave me a condescending lecture about financial literacy- even going so far as to read me the “disreputable” Yelp reviews about the licensed car broker I was purchasing a used vehicle from. Absolutely insane. I plan to switch to a bank that has modern services and amenities, that understands I’m an adult with agency over my money and deserve client services that reflect that. It was truly a bizarre experience.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to offer remote wire transfer services, as electronic signatures used when a wire transfer is requested are limited. Under California’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, governing electronic signatures does not apply to and therefore specifically excludes electronic signatures on funds transfer/wire orders. Nonetheless, we are cognizant that competitive solutions must be offered, and we are investigating the methods used by other institutions to implement within ours. We are also disheartened to hear that we seemed condescending while discussing the licensed car broker you were purchasing your vehicle from. It is our goal to take care of our membership body and advice, but it is never our intention to be condescending in any way, and for that we deeply apologize.     📉📉🔻🔻 Logix has gone down hill quick. Go to a different federal credit union. The customer service is sub-par and the app is horrendous. Low budget scammer apps are better than the junk they use. The app is always crashing it takes for ever to load and it takes multiple tries for you to do what you're trying to do.

    I have been a long time customer of Logix. I started having trouble with the app not being able to pay my credit card bill in full every month(5k limit). I was having to pay my credit card bill every month 5k at a time until balance paid. I called to have it raised and they refused. How do I pay my bills if you are the ones setting limits. Extremely predatory in my opinion!!!!! I also tried to have my credit limit raised and they had to pull my credit(no other banks do that in my experience)and raised it an insulting amount. I am done, I just paid off all my balances with you in full finally after being on the line being passed around. You will not collect another dollar of interest from me again. I will be in town next week to talk to branch manager personally. Not a happy customer. Beware!

    Logix CU is the best place to refi your loan. Is the best thing that happened to my wife and I this year. Kyle costanzo is superb. Amazing customer service and there is never No for an answer.     I recently went into the Logix Federal Credit Union headquarters to make a cash withdrawal, and was given a counterfeit bill. I took the sealed envelope of cash directly to my other bank where they uncovered the fake once it ran through their cash counter. With the amount of money being spent on advanced detection technology, there is no excuse for tellers at this branch to be handing out counterfeit bills to clients. I’m very disappointed and I hope no one else has to go through this same experience again. Please make sure to re-count all cash handed out by this branch, or have a manager run the cash through the cash counter before exiting.

    Hi David, This is a truly unfortunate instance in that we have no reason to take your claim at anything less than face value and yet we are perplexed at how such a scenario could have occurred. While we recognize anomalies can happen at any financial institution using detection technology to avoid counterfeit bills, such a scenario would be abnormal beyond measure at Logix. As you mentioned, there is no excuse for any financial institution to be handing out counterfeit bills, and we do want to assure you that the cash counters we use have sensors with advanced detection technology to detect counterfeit or unfit bills. Our interests are aligned with yours and the membership in general in that, in addition to ensuring we are not giving out fake bills, we have significant incentive to ensure we are not accepting fake bills at any touchpoint, either. We are heavily invested in technology and internal practices that remove such risk from our operations. In addition to the detection technology, one such preventative measure is to have a teller count all cash transactions with members, and to have a manager or other trained staff member count transactions over a certain amount. We understand this did occur in your situation with our Manager Jason, assisting the teller in this instance after running the censored bill counter twice with no detected counterfeits. Because handling cash in any amount has inherent risks, at some point we must acknowledge that we have done all we can to ensure the accuracy of a given transaction, and despite what seems to be an incredibly unfortunate situation in your case, our efforts to mitigate such circumstances were as thorough as possible. Please know that have reviewed your experience in detail with members of our senior management, our fraud monitoring team, branch management and other elements of the credit union to ensure any issues with our existing cash handling practices have been examined.
