Being a new homebuyer the whole experience can be overwhelming and stressful, but the team there put our minds at ease and made it a great experience. They were also extremely understanding and accommodating with our concerns about health measures due to our current climate. This company's conduct is every bit of the term gross negligence. Not only does the escrow agent not return calls but he also doesn't reply to emails. I have bought and sold many homes and the situation I am in is definitely a first. If you are looking for a third party intermediary that is unbiased - do yourself a favor and do a hard pass on this company.

I’ve been waiting more than 2 weeks to estimate refinance title fees. They are not responsible. Horrible customer service.
