Nearly 12 years ago Rob helped me buy a wonderful little condo in Alexandria, Virginia. As of this past Wednesday Rob helped me sell that same condo and make a really nice profit. Both experiences (buying and selling) with Rob were seamless. He answered all my questions, was always available, and made sure that I got the best deal possible. Rob was recommended to me by my best friend, who has bought twice with him in the last 15 year. Rob is now considered the "family" realtor for us in the DMV. You cannot go wrong with hiring Rob to be your realtor, whether in buying or selling. I'm proof of that!

We worked with Rob and his team, Andrea and Mary Lynn, to purchase our first home in Northern Virginia and we have nothing but positive things to say about them. As first-time homebuyers we had no idea what we were doing, and Rob, Andrea, and Mary Lynn were excellent resources when viewing homes and meeting with builders. Mar 2022 (Selling): Years ago, Rob helped me buy my house. Working with Rob then was amazing! So, when I decided to sell my house, I knew I was going with Rob again. Because of the recommendations Rob made throughout the process about the state of the market, what to do and what not to do, I was able to sell my house crazy fast for considerably over asking under a super clean (simple and easy) contract. Rob made what could have been a very stressful process an incredibly smooth, easy, no stress and financially beneficial one. Absolutely recommend him!!!! June 2017 (Buying): Rob was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient and understanding! He expertly helped us research our options, navigate the market, and eventually purchase our first home together!! He was so awesome that we referred him to two other families, who also purchased their new homes from him. If we ever decide to move again, Rob will definitely be our go to realtor for selling our current place and buying our next one! He's AWESOME!!!!!!

This is my second time using Rob to purchase a condo and my first time for selling a condo. The purchasing process was fairly straight forward, though Rob helped me work through a couple of important decisions and processes. He was always responsive and careful to describe what we were doing and why, which gave me comfort during a stressful process. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Rob in purchasing our first home in the DC area. From the beginning, he was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Due to COVID-19, there were fewer homes on the market than usual and no open houses, so he set us up with email alerts for homes that matched our criteria and arranged private showings of each one we wanted to see. When visiting each home, Rob always came with a mask and glove (following CDC guidelines) and it was clear he had years of experience in assessing the property. He walked us through each floor and made sure we knew how long the boilers, water heaters, and other home systems and appliances would last. Best of all, he never shied away from giving us the hard facts about the homes. Without his honesty, it would have been much harder to make a decision, and we really appreciated it. Once we were ready to offer, Rob deftly guided us through the process, making sure that we got the most we could out of the negotiations. For every question we had, he was easy to reach via email and phone. Thanks to Rob, at no point during our home buying process were we confused or concerned. We have only positive things to say regarding Rob and we will be referring him to anyone we know who’s entering the market.
