the worst financial that can be in the market, bad service, customer service does not help customers. I contacted them to inform them that I was going to be out of the country for 20 days, I notified them that the payment was due on the 13th and then they told me that the account was protected. they picked up the car 1 day after arriving. They didn't call me and they charged me for the month of deferred from the pandemic. In order to recover my car, I had to pay $1,459 dollars including the $700 from the company that picked up the car and after paying the amount they asked me for, they returned the car to me 3 days after I had paid. And to top it all off, I had to pay an additional $100 to have the car delivered to me, if someone offers to use this car financing company, DO NOT DO IT, IT IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE CAR MARKET.

Avoid if you can. Made payments on time for years. the quarantine came and I asked for a deferment and they said no. Asked for a payment arrangement instead. nothing crazy, just an extra month to get it COMPLETELY caught up. They agreed, and I thought everything was fine. They took the opportunity to go ahead and report to the credit bureaus. I called when I saw the marks on my credit and instead of working with me they told me the government requires them to immediately report and if I don't like it they can repo the vehicle and take me to court to pay the remaining balance on the vehicle. I wasn't looking for a handout, just a bit of help during a GLOBAL crisis.

Very rude when you speak with them. Not friendly at all. Not very informative about your business with them. The ratings for this company is at its best, meaning it can only get worse due to them not wanti g to have an actual communication line for those like yoursleves and i whom they are doing business with. They approved a deal with my wife and i for a car but then declined it a month later after having the car due to them not receiving a years worth of work info on her behalf that they must of not worked hard enough to get. I have been on my job 4 yrs and that should had been enough but overall, this is not a good business to deal with feom experience

.please do not finance from this company this is the worst company you can fiance a car from. I had one payment left on my van for 530. They charge me almost another 1000 because I was late 30 days on my last payment. Everything I called they said I had late fees and internet accumulate on my last payment. All the customer services are rude. Do not do business with this company.

During the pandemic, they give me the opportunity to pay late my bill and I use the opportunity, now they report my credit because I don't pay the bill in the correct day. I call there and they told me they can't do nothing! Not professional company

As a first time car buyer I had a pretty bad experience financing through this company. I received very poor customer service and constant threatening calls to cancel my account over the smallest things that were out of my control. I would be told one thing by one representative and something else by another so I was never aware of what was going on with my account. I am glad I was able to get approved however the customer service is very lacking and can be greatly improved.

Horrible, unprofessional, lacks proper customer service and probably performing illegal practices. This has to be THE worst financial institution to work with. My husband has his car loan through them, even though we are legally married and have requested to add my name as an authorized user many times, they still refuse to speak to me. Their website is always experiencing issues so processing online payments is almost impossible. We try to call over the phone and have been treated so poorly by employees Marjorie and “Yessi” who clearly need proper training and to look at the file before making assumptions. They claim our debit card is a credit card and have refused to process our payment. During this pandemic they will not work with customers and charge late fees even when we have paid on time. I have reported them to the BBB and tell everyone to stay far away from this scamming company. Do NOT use them.

I personally have had zero issues with Lobel Financial. I also find their customer service people to be friendly and courteous. I needed a car badly, and they financed me, they saved me.

Don’t finance anything with them. I’d walk before I ever financed anything with them again. Customer service is horrible and they charge for everything. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a finance company and I’ve never missed or been late on a payment. Walk before financing anything with them. If a dealer offers financing through them. Find a new dealer!

It's the worst company in this country, we need to pay for everything, worst costumer service, actually my husband and try to call for covid-19 situation and they just say "I am not authorized for give you information" so they are playing to take my car off? What they want?
