We recently have had the pleasure of working with Florida Funding for our new home. We can highly recommend them for many reasons. Most importantly, they were able to get us a highly favorable rate and to make recommendations on insurance companies (which is certainly a challenge in Florida) that we could secure coverage with. The staff are wonderful--they are patient, positive, knowledgeable, efficient and just plain really nice to deal with. We were particularly impressed with their communications. Someone was always available to answer questions and solve problems or provide us with an alternative solution. As the process progressed we received regular updates from them about what to expect and what the next steps were. All in all, a 5 star experience!

Peter Sessler was our loan originator and he was great. He made our experience easy. He was always available to answer all our questions and he was always very friendly and professional. The online posting for all the files they needed also made our process easy.

Our experience with getting our home refinanced through Florida Funding was excellent. Meghan Marsh expedited the refinance loan process as quickly as possible. She walked us through the process step by step and made sure to explain each document in detail. Meghan also coordinated with the title company to ensure a seamless closing. We now have a terrific rate and are very happy with the end result. We highly recommend calling Meghan if you are in the market for a mortgage loan.

Let me start by saying the whole Florida Funding team was excellent! Great communicators and great people! As a first time home buyer, I was nervous and they addressed my questions and provided guidance when needed. As for Brian - he is AMAZING!! Throughout the entire process he was a wealth of knowledge and made himself available. I had a million questions, and he was always there to answer them and always willing to help.. Not only was he professional, he was super friendly, patient and made me feel at ease. Brian provided updates to let us know where things were in the process every step of the way. His follow through was incredible along with his attention to detail. He would send microlearning videos explaining our next steps, which were extremely helpful and a great touch. To be honest, I can go on and on about how wonderful Brian is.... Brian -- A simple thank you isn't enough! I am so lucky our paths crossed and hope they cross again. Outstanding job, Andy Lochary! Hope we have more people like him out there. Before we found Andy, we had a loan officer who refused to call us back after leaving several messages, texts and emails. We would not mention the name of this company or this loan officer. We just moved on. We were lucky to find Andy. He actually answered his phone, took time to explain the process of the loan and how the crazy housing market worked and called us back quickly and provided endless supports to us. He was the main person who helped us purchase this property. If anyone needs a good loan officer, here you are.
