My experience with LoanSnap was very good. Started with a conversation with Bill Pratt who took the time to walk us through various re-finance scenarios (not just the lowest values). His Team was very helpful along the whole process and closed very quickly. Couldn't have been smoother. I've recommended them to my friends as I have heard some ugly stories about other companies and could not believe how easy it was for my re-finance with LoanSnap. Highly recommend!

Loan Snap was the best loan experience! My loan officer (Jared) was amazing! He was relatable and helped me sort through all the options. Even my assigned notary (Nancy) was great! The rates were the best I found, with low fees and no appraisal cost. My only out of pocket was a $200 refundable deposit. They even paid me bonuses for referrals! The documents were easy to upload, took me about 15 minutes on my phone. The loan closed in 2 weeks, half the time of most companies. And to top it all off, I got a care package a few days later with cookies and brownies. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I had a blast working with the team at Loan Snap and will absolutely use them in the future!

Had to refi out of a rate the was adjusting in October. Process was incredibly easy!! Jared made the experience better than I could have ever imagined. He was always in communication and delivered on everything he said. I choose to do business with LoanSnap because of their loan officer, Jacob Scavuzzo. When I first contacted several companies about refinancing, I was just beginning my research. Jacob was very patient, he answered my questions and followed up when I asked him to. Most importantly, he did NOT push me. All the rest gave me the pushy sales pitch and were constantly calling me. Jacob didn’t do any of that. He told me what LoanSnap could do for me, then let me make my decisions. They closed my loan before the 15 day guarantee, helped me lower my monthly payments, and I got a great rate. I’m extremely happy with LoanSnap and Jacob. If you’re on the fence, just DO it! You won’t regret it!

Jared makes the whole experience! Seriously, even if you don’t think you need to refinance, just do it anyway so you can interact with Jared! He’s the best loan officer I’ve ever met (and I used to be one). Entire process was smooth. Only one minor hiccup but you know the man (Jared) took care of it! He deserves a raise, or his own commercial cameo for LoanSnap.

They were easy to communicate with and loved having everything available online to upload requested docs and the such. The chat function that went to the whole team was great too so I wasn’t left hanging if someone was off for the day. I will recommend them to our friends!

I would give 0 stars if I could. The entire Loan snap experience was terrible. They lure you by giving low interest rates and closing costs, but in our case, after initial application, they delayed the refinance by a total of 5 months. Our application started in August, 2021. In the beginning they waived our appraisal. but after nearly 4.5 months of back and forth with just generic "We are working on your loan" messages from them, they finally said that we will have to do an appraisal on our home. We were frustrated but agreed to it. Finally, after much delay, when it was time to sign the papers, We unfortunately came down with COVID during Jan 2022 and thats exactly when these people took advantage of this situation, and withdrew our loan (without any heads-up) , that too, when we were in Quarantine!!!. To make matters worse, they had taken a $200 "Good faith" deposit, which they refused to refund. This must go down as the worst customer experience that anyone could have faced. I hope none of you will have to go through this ever. I would avoid going with them at all costs. Finally, Don't ever believe their 15 day closing guarantee. Its a scam at best to lure more vulnerable customers like me.

Highly recommend LoanSnap! As soon as I applied they were sending me a checklist through their portal as to what they needed uploaded. Jared sent me texts as soon as something popped up to let me know where we were in the process. I applied a week ago, and we close tomorrow morning.

Jared walked me through the finance process demonstrating extreme ease of using loansnap platform. They remind you of your inputs and provide checklists of what has to be done. Easy to communicate via sms, email, and calls. Fastest closing ever.

LoanSnap was fantastic! I have done over 10 loans (either purchase or refinance) over the years. LoanSnap was by far the easiest loan I have ever done. Jarred Miller was fantastic from the start; reaching out to me on Sunday and staying in constant contact the entire way. The online tools were easy to use and it kept me up to date on each step of the process. I highly recommend LoanSnap and will use them again in the future!

Communication is terrible. I had all documents uploaded the first day. Didn’t hear anything back, I had to follow up. Submitted the info requested. Didn’t hear anything back. I had to follow up again. Clarified one of their questions. Didn’t hear anything again, followed up, nothing, followed up again and still nothing. This after giving them $200 good faith and over 2 weeks after appraiser appraised the house. I was told the process was very fast and would take about 15 days. It’s been a month. Wondering if they are waiting out the locked interest rate so that they can get higher interest on the loan.

Jared and his team were prompt informative, and communicated well about what was needed and why. Started 12/24 was funded 01/10 easiest most pleasant refinance I have ever had.

I recently completed a refinance on my existing mortgage utilizing LoanSnap. I worked with Rozie - from Loansnap - in doing this. I was skeptical going into this but the process went extremely well and was really very seamless. From end to end we had this done and closed in less than 3 weeks. There were no surprises and their follow-up was thorough and consistent. My objectives were to obtain a lower rate on a fixed term mortgage, which we accomplished. Honestly it wasn’t bad at first, but after closing the loan, I received nothing other then a text with a address on where to send money. Not professional and honestly doesn’t make me comfortable. For a company in 2022 not to except online payment is pretty crazy and I probably would not have gone with them if I had known this.
