I had a trip to Spain scheduled prior to starting the process to visit my daughter, son-in-love and new granddaughter. Upon my return home, I was diagnosed with Covid, all while trying to get this process completed. Loan pal created a great loan package for our refinancing. Before we settled, our expert Mantell was able to present us with options from which we were able to select. We got an interest rate, half of what we were currently paying also with a payback over a shorter period of time. From start to finish, various Loanpal reps stayed in touch with us, answering questions as they came up. Loanpal worked in a very timely manner to get our loan closed. They were patient and courteous. Loanpal was also also quite efficient; many of our documents were signed online and Loanpal also secured a notary to get the very important portions signed in person. It was a great experience overall. Now I just focus on paying back one loan, not two and at a very economic rate.
