2 stars due to the long wait and the lady we had didn’t know the job very well and she wasn’t very friendly. I understand people need to train, but someone should have been by her side helping her move it along faster due to their in and out in 20 minutes policy. With that in mind the rest of the staff were kind and they knew their jobs very well and were knowledgeable! If you’re in desperate need for cash for unexpected bills and you have a paid off vehicle to lien it’s a great way to get fast cash!!

I love coming here! The workers are so friendly and make me feel at home, Sarah is the best! she knows what she's doing, I recommend if you go here ask for her or Angie! These gals are so funny! I have gotten a couple loans from here. The staff is always very friendly. I've worked with Monica, Amanda, and Victoria. They have made every experience here worth coming back. If you ever need a title loan I suggest going here and asking to work with one of these ladies. They are very friendly and non judgemental.

The process was simple. Not a lot of paperwork, just two pages. Contract is pretty standard. The person I worked with was quite friendly . All around a great experience. I would recommend.
