I just moved here from Kentucky and needed to get a car loan. I stopped by and spoke with Patricia and Vetzy. I just wanted to let you know about the great service I received. I explained my situation and was very pleased with their professionalism. Patricia listened and made the loan process very easy. The banks that I applied at before I came to Loan Max treated me more like a number. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and professionalism I received at your store. A nice surprise that I wasn’t expecting was I didn’t have to wait for days to get approved and left the same day within minutes with the money. I would recommend Loan Max to others.

I have used Loanmax Title Loans a number of times over the years. Patricia is the manager that assisted me the majority of times I have gone into the Henderson location. Patricia is very knowledgeable, patient, and professional. The customer service I received is extraordinary. Even when Patricia was there alone and the phone rang or other customers came into the office, she was polite and courteous to everyone. I do not live near the Henderson location, but will only go to that location because of Patricia's customer service and the other employees (Vetzy). Thank you for reading my review.

I have loans in a few different places and now I stick with only one place Loan max. I work two jobs sometimes I need that extra money to get by and I found that coming to this place I feel like I'm at home. Patricia is always so sweet and goes that extra mile to help me get what I need and never makes me feel rushed or never pushes me to get more than I can afford She takes the time to listen to why I need the money and never looks down on me when I tell her I've went over my budget Patricia has excellent customer service, she deserves more than five stars. Got a loan in different places here in Vegas and was always treated as if I was a nuisances whenever I needed to ask questions .
