Came in without appointment. Joe Defalco did not miss a beat. He took my car in took a little time to finish but, I know my car is in great shape. There was a software update. So I believe that is why it took time. Again Joe outstanding service.

Parts department was helpful and friendly. New car sales way way over priced, manufacture sticker price read 24,000 but they tried for 32,000. And only came down to 31,000. I left.

TL;DR: Very slow and to much confusions. The oil change appointment was on 12pm. I was at the counter at 11:57am. My car (KIA Sorento 2019 SX) was ready after 2pm (the only oil was changed and the car was washed. No tier rotation or anything extra) I have asked twice to correct the odometer reading that goes to CarFax and to the final receipt. For some reason they have left the sticker mentioned the next service in 24946 but current was made when odometer was on 21946...

Let me tell you something about this place. I have dealt with many service departments with many different car companies. This is by far the best service I've received. They're always nice, professional, and address me by my name. I've only been there maybe three times over the last year and they will always remember me. There is one gentleman that takes care of me personally but I'm so poor at names I think it's either John or Rob. He's usually at the station by itself in the corner. All I know is that he's incredible and turns a potential stressful day into a stress-free one. Great job keep up the good work.

I love bringing my car here. They are so nice and never try to upsell me on unnecessary things. They even fixed a recall i knew nothing about!!! Free. My bill was exactly as expected and super fair. Complementary car wash is never a bad thing. I just love them.

This is absolutely the best Kia Service Dept. in the Vegas area. Come here even if it means bypassing a dealership closer to you, like Findlay, for example. Honest, competent, quick, thorough, professional and friendly. In my experience this is literally one of the best Kia Service Depts. in all of America - and I've been to several in my travels. You will feel taken care of and you can trust them and their work. I have only positive things to say about my experiences there. I originally took my car to Meineke but after they did diagnostic on it, they said they couldn't touch it because it was a Recall issue and I had to take it to the dealership. The "MIL" Malfunction Indicator Light or lamp came on when I was at the stop light, but thanks Jehovah I was around the corner from my house and was able to drive in the garage. The KIA Representative Agent said after the diagnostic test, it was actually an electrical issue. I was worried I would be without a car for several days, if they would give me a loaner car or I would have to wait for parts to come in. The agent said he would get back to me in 24 hours; and he did just that. I received a call the next day with good news, my car was done and I can pick it up. So far my baby is running fine. Towbin KIA really took care of me, I'm very happy.

Excellent service on my car had to go in for a recall on my car I asked for a oil change while It was in there, no problem got it fixed and new oil within 2 hours

I have always used Tobin Kia even before it was Tobin Kia for my oil changes and any problems that may have come up with the car They're courteous they do good work .I like to build a report with one customer service person I think it's vital gets vital to the business. They have always been friendly and Professional when I got my oil changed the other day they also took care of a recall Which turned out changing a fuse I had been in the beginning 2 to 6 hours I was out of there in an hour and 15 minutes but I had a first thing appointment also so I enjoy doing business with them no problems and I recommend them

I have been getting my car serviced at Towbin Kia in Henderson for five years now. The service team they consist of Ed, Joe, and Robert have always been very professional. On Monday June 27th Ed took care of my car he was so very helpful and went to the extra step to see if my car was still under a service warranty for its tires. My car was ready on schedule it was clean and I thank and appreciate the great service I received. Jo was helpful and attentive. The time he estimated to complete all that was discussed prior to working on my car was actually less than he projected. That was nice. I received a txt regarding the findings and he went over each with me. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional. His customer care skills are singularly enough for me to come back for my next scheduled service. Plus, I appreciated the free car wash.

We had an appointment at a later date to diagnose the problem with the vehicle but when the issue worsened they took the car in immediately and were very helpful. It took less than a week to fix the problem and they found a loaner car for the inconvenience. I'm very happy with Kia as a company and how they handled this situation for my family. Between the warranty offered and customer service, they have a customer for life.

Brought my new kia in for a recall and they were very nice. I am a little disappointed in the actual communication part because I can't see on the paperwork nor have I gotten a return response regarding whether the vehicle had the issue and what exactly was done to remedy it. But otherwise they were very nice. Was there for 3.5 hours...
