This is a far better location then their counterpart off N. Nellis The pregnant woman I never get her name but she by far id the best to deal with. She must have dropped the baby because there were two not so welcoming women in there when I visited recently. Customer service is about tone of voice, body language, listening and resolve. It's not to appear as if the customer is bothering you on your job. Other than that I would give 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟

Hands down- The GREATEST customer service I have EVER received from ANY business. Will is absolutely Fantastic! He always made me feel welcome and appreciated. I don't normally post positive reviews; because they have been few and far between but This place TRULY helped me in a time of need and Will never made me feel like I was less than for having to do what I had to do to provide for my family.

I was in an accident which totaled my car. My insurance company just needed a paper signed by NTL, so I could get paid. The woman who answered at NTL was so rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this location. The best location is on Tropicana and Pecos. At that location all of them are so nice and helpful. Especially Maria.
