Julia provided me with top notch excellent customer service in a quick and timely fashion. Such care and attention to detail is generally unheard of this day and age. Her politeness and cheerfull attitude was definitely a breath of fresh air, and her fellow employees should definitely take note and strive to achieve her level of professionalism.

I needed a small loan today for a project I’m working on and getting $500 fast was very easy. I have been to this location a few times and although the loans are expensive, they are fast and easy which for me makes it worth it sometimes. If you pay it off within the same month or two it’s isn’t so bad either. It’s when you only make the monthly payment for twelve months you end paying a really large interest rate and a lot more money than you borrowed. My advise is; if you need it and you know for absolute certain you can pay it back rather quickly, this place is actually a good choice. This business makes money their money on interest so the faster you pay it off the less you’ll pay for the loan, simple as that. One Word of caution: If you can’t make your payment on time, call them to make arrangements. They will call everyone you know and leave messages for you if you don’t. One last thing since I have used loan max a few times I will say that the loan officers in the past have not always been the friendliest or most professional. However my loan officer today and my overall experience was super efficient , professional and friendly. This honestly makes the experience SO MUCH BETTER. She should get some recognition for being an awesome employee, it isn’t often you have a pleasant experience anywhere these days, I hope this helps. 😊 thank you
