This place is wonderful and always willing to help when the guy is working, But the woman does not help us or want to work with us. Don’t waste your time if she is there. Based of her I’m gonna report them to the better business bureaus.

I went today for help on a title loan, was extremely pleased with the customer service and help I received from Amos! He was very caring and understanding!! He did what he could to make sure I received what I needed today!! Thank Amos for your amazing customer service and help!!

I had an overdue loan for years and the manager took the time to listen to me about my life situation. We were able to come to an agreement that was something that wouldnt rob my bank. They care here and its much appreciated.

Was very fast and quick process. Very friend and informative. I first went next door for a title loan however my experience with them was awful. The did not answer my questions and were helping make an informed decision..... which led me to this place. I am so glad I came!!! I do have to say my first impression was a customer leaving very happy and had nothing but good thin to say! Amos was amazing!!!!

My experience with them was something I have never seen in Wisconsin before . Amos, who is the Manager, made you feel at home the minute you walked in the door. He was so pleasant and very knowledgeable. I was in there just a short time, got my Loan with no problem and left there knowing that he has a customer for as long as I need help with any emergency. I have in the past done business at this location several times with good experiences on all occasions. Now in regards to this most recent interaction, the overall dealings with the Military branch, well I can not speak highly enough about the level of service I have gotten from the staff there. Everyone has been great no matter who I dealt with, the whole experience leaves me with zero complaints. Although I have to say that one of the staff members has gone above and beyond anything thing I could have imagined, that individual being Chad. I have been in a bit of less than ideal situations in my personal life and financial situation as well, it has been mentally draining for sure, but it is of my own doing with no one to blame but myself. I honestly have no idea what I would have done if not for Chad's help, understanding and willingness to do whatever he could in his power while maintaining the policies and procedures of the business at the same time. Chad has been upfront with me the whole time, always giving a positive, friendly and realistic outlook of the situation I face, so as a customer I knew I was not totally alone on this one, knowing Chad would do what he could within the guidelines he is beholden to by the company. I honestly can't thank Chad enough for the phenomenal service provided to me on all levels. Finally more than anything what I will take away from this is the fact that Chad treated me like a "human being" and not a number who means nothing, which may seem meager in scale to some, but personally I feel it is one of if not the most important aspect of all in any interaction with another person. Chad I thank you for your effort and patience you have shown me, I can say for sure this is some of the best service and pleasant experience I have ever had. Thank you for your time, my apologies for the length of my review but I needed to convey the best and most accurate way I could because I really do appreciate all Chad and WI Auto Title have done for me up to this point.
