I was worried when the other lady told me she was leaving, but the new lady that works at this location Tameka, ( sorry if I spelled it wrong ) has been amazing since she first started, she always smiles and greets my son and I every time we visit. I just love her bright and outgoing personality. All of the staff over the years have always been pleasant and helpful. I plan on being a guest for years to come.

Coming in I was unhappy to see that the associate I last worked with had left. But it only took a few minutes working with Amber to realize every one of the associates in this store is very knowledgeable and their customer service was extraordinary. They will still be my first choice when I need their services.

Amber is awesome! The whole crew is every time I go into to make my payment I end up talking to these guys for awhile. The customer service is world class. They build relationships and make you feel better about being down on your luck. They don’t judge and the treat you human. Amber is my favorite employee. We could talk for hours if we could.

So when i got to the store i was over an hour before it closed...There was only 1 employee in the store and by the time 2pm came she had 6 customers waiting...i just want to point out that regardless of how overwhelming it was, Brandi was so helpful and kind!! She made everyone feel super comfortable and gave a cpl reassurances about being able to help and for us not to worry...i cant think of how to give her more praise than that but im definitely recommending this location and suggesting people ask for Brandi!!!

Was completely blown away by the customer service and affordability. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and friendly, I was in and out in no time. I will definitely come back to this location in the the future.

I’ve had nearly a dozen loans through Check N Go and I’ve never experienced the lack of customer service I received today from Tameeka. Didn’t handle my case, instead made me wait an extra 20 minutes to work with the other rep while she did nothing. Highly unprofessional how she handled me as an existing customer.

Cassie was awesome! Super great at having a relaxed conversation with her customers and making the conversation very relaxing. She also managed to hold this conversation whilst continuing to work efficiently showing respect for my time and getting me in and out in a flash! Great service. Oh yeah, Jeremy was there too.
