Scott Prindle was not helpful whatsoever. I’m very organized and got him all documents needed. Bank account information. Two years taxes from my turbo tax on file. I.D. Etc. I did this all in a weeks time. I told him I can get another bank statement from my credit union he cut me off and said “we’ll just use the then” When I asked what else’s he needed. He began to talk to me as if I was not comprehending what he was saying. After informing him I sent my tax documents W2s 3 times from TurboTax on file! he told me “that’s what you are thinking in your brain “ he is extremely rude and unhelpful. What he did following our conversation was send me the attached screenshot with the highlighted area. No explanation no apology. I ran my good standing credit to work with him. He rudely stated “that was your choice.” I qualify, I work hard, I’m just extremely disappointed in the fact that this experience has really put a damper on my future investment. He does not care. He is degrading. I would not recommend him to anyone. Save your sanity, credit score…. And look else where. He is useless and his claims to out sources are a joke.
