My wife and I have trusted FNC Bank with our banking needs over the last 8 years, because the customer service is second to none. This week we closed on our construction loan as we break ground on our future home. Luke Wolf and Brian Campbell in the Mortgage Loan Department were laid back, informative, and efficient at getting things done in a timely matter. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process! By late September, we should be moving into our new home, and will sign paperwork for our mortgage loan. Looking forward to working with Luke and Brian once again! Really great bank, down to earth and personal. Does not have the corporate feeling vibe, long holds on the phone etc. High quality experience for sure. If buying a home, MJ is truly fantastic.

I personally recommend working with this company when looking for a house I had an out of town training and couldn’t make it to the signing so Lucas Wolf my loan officer drove two hours out of town so I can get those papers signed. I will definitely recommend my friends to work with him for their home purchases.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Mortgage department is terrible!! Never allow Julie Dodge to underwrite your loan. She came up with a bogus rule of adjoining land that was "required by Freddie Mac" in order to write a conventional loan- . So they proceeded to lock us into a outrageous rate of 4.0 on a 5/3 ARM loan. FALSE- we ended up having to remortgage within 5 months to lock into a conventional loan- no one had ever heard of her underwriting rule--- further more cost us another round of closing fees, and Brian Campbell (who wrote the loan- NEVER RETURNED a call for over 3 months to remortgage).... Save yourself trouble- these guys are illegally writing the loans and forcing customers into loans that are bogus and then never returning their calls when they claim to remortgage after closing... BAD BUSINESS!
