Please use another loan servicer. You won’t receive anything but disrespect and wasted time. The branch manager is never available and claims to take the time to respond to every customer no matter the time of day. That is not the case and I’m happy to be working with a reputable company.

It was great but expecting getting more from you because it’s tough to buy a house with that amount of pre- approval 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
