Never thought I’d find a dentist I liked and never thought I’d review one. But these guys are great. Good, courteous dental staff. Outstanding admins out front who helped with insurance billing. I went there for a 2nd opinion, and the billing specialists here got what I owed from 6,800 at the first place down to 2,200 here at Aspen. Can’t recommend enough.

Dental care has always been stressful and strapping for me. The visit I had this morning was anything but. The tech, the doc and even the fill in office manager were all top top shelf. The next visit should be a breeze and I finally don’t mind “ going to the dentist”!

After scheduling an emergency appointment by phone same day and telling them it was a 40 minute drive in a snow storm to get there, I arrive 2 minutes early for my appointment only to find they are closed. I call the phone number and am told “I guess you will have to reschedule”. Do not get your dental work done here, incompetent and unprofessional dental organization.

One star is too many for these people! Went in for the first time just for a normal cleaning and also to simply glue back a crown that had come off. They took zillions of x-rays for no reason just to bill the insurance. One of those x-rays insurance covers just once every 5 years. Without telling me anything about it. What a fraud! Then the time came for cleaning. They said I needed DEEP cleaning (I didn't as I visited multiple doctors just shortly before and after them and this never came up!). And hence I should pay hundreds more instead of having a fully covered annual normal cleaning. Can't believe they did not even do the regular cleaning which every dental office in the world does!! They did not stick my crown with a permanent glue because they said I had to see a root canal specialist for a tooth that had been already root canaled 15 years ago and never had any issue with. Again, to just upsell and charge you as much as humanly possible! They hesitantly and with so much disdain used a temporary glue that came off just the next day! The next freaking day! I went there again and the office staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. Used another temp glue for the crown! That one came off just hours later!! Just decided to run away from them as far as I could. Found Epic Dental Norwood and went there. The difference was day and night! DAY and NIGHT! Epic Dental Norwood staff were very professional, friendly and di not try to milk my insurance as much as they could. The dentist and her assistant were amazing and did a great job with my crown. Folks, do NOT go to this place! you will regret it. Just go to a better office. Read the reviews on here. Do not let 4.2 star fool you. 4.2 for a dentist office is actually very low!! other offices are mostly at 4.9 or 5.0! A lot of People had the same horrible experience as me. They use same fraud tactics on everyone! As one of the reviews said it best: McDonald's of the dentists! Horrible!

My first experience at the Walpole location was exceptional. From the moment I walked in every one was welcoming and professional. Dr. Deangelo was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident in her abilities to improve the health of my mouth. I will definitely be returning to this practice. It is not every day that you find a Dental office like this.

Great service and friendly efficient staff. I was in on time and everything was done efficiently start to finish. I really appreciated that they had pricing with my insurance all laid out so I could made decisions knowing the cost upfront.

Great visit to the dentist!!! There, I really said that!!! When I was young I was afraid to go to the dentist because of physical pain...then as an adult I was afraid to go to the dentist because of the financial pain....but today I went to the dentist ( ASPEN..WALPOLE ) and my day was made. The staff from the moment I entered till I left were great. From xrays to consultation to financial planning with Jessica left me wondering " where have these people been my whole life ??? " I'll get back to ya when I wake up....but seriously...an eye opening time....Go see for yourself!!!!

My son is 17 and went to the cleaning appointment by himself. They said they cannot see him until a adult is there. I had to take an hour off and rushed there. Then after a round and round of X-ray ( yes, because they need money from insurance) we waited for 10 mins for a hygienist to see him. Then the hygienist said his gums are bad and needed gingivitis cleaning which costs us $358 extra out of pocket. Because my insurance doesn’t pay them much for regular cleaning, they had to scammed us to pay more. After I paid, and my son went in to do the cleaning. Then they said I can leave. You see after they scammed me it’s ok that he can stay by himself but not before the appointment. I read about all the reviews from this dental practice, pretty much everybody had the sane experience more or less, they kept making customers pay extra for something others dentists never asked. I will report them to state dental society and MA state dental board and related agencies. This is unprofessional and unethical and fraudulent. Please read all reviews on Yelp and stay away from Aspen Dental.

I left feeling more pleased than I expected to. I was kept waiting for about 15 minutes although I arrived 15 minutes early as requested. I had x-rays done by a very efficient and friendly assistant. The hygienist was friendly and did a fairly thorough exam. The dentist explained honestly what treatment was recommended and did not push me to get a new crown, although the existing one is cracked. On check-out the administrator was efficient and knew what she was doing. Overall it was a good experience although the equipment was clean and sanitized, I feel the rooms could benefit greatly from a good thorough cleaning especially along the floor by the baseboards.

I have not enjoyed my experience with Aspen Dental. I have had a few appointments where they cancel or change my scheduled time at the last minute; once when I was in the office and another time closing the office at my confirmed appointment time. I have tried to switch to another location and had conflicting information from the offices and promised a call back that never came. Continuity of care is also limited as there is a different hygienist and Dentist for each appointment. I have been a patient for 4 years and feel the care continues to be underwhelming.

I cannot recommend anyone go to this dentist. I have regularly gone to a dentist twice a year and have not had any problems. I switched to Aspen Dental since my prior dentist no longer accepted our insurance. Before I could even have my teeth cleaned, they required me to have 1) a panoramic x-ray, 2) a full-mouth x-ray and 3) bitewing x-rays. I did not want any of these x-rays except for maybe the bitewing x-ray. Then, they checked my teeth and gums and said I needed a "deep cleaning". My gums were fine 6 months prior at my old dentist. They (Dr. D'Angelo) refused to do a cleaning on my teeth until I consented to a deep cleaning. When I checked with insurance specialist on the way out, she said the cost to me after insurance would be over $500 and it would needed to be done 2 times and then I would be eligible for a routine cleaning. So, I left the office with 3 unwanted and unnecessary x-rays and no cleaning. They figured out what my insurance would cover and did the most to get all my annual and once every 5 years (panoramic and full mouth) x-rays that the insurance would cover and yet, I have no cleaning by them unless I pay $500 for the deep clean. The x-ray technician was rude when I tried to question all the x-rays (especially the bitewing x-rays after I had the full- month x-ray). I would never recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. Find a local dentist, do not use this chain. I would give this zero stars if I could.
