Benjamin Kinney has been an absolutely wonderful Loan Consultant to work with! This is my very first time buying a home, and I began the process with little to no knowledge of what is required to even get a home loan nor the home buying process in general. Very horrible experience as a first time home buyer with no knowledge of the process. They only made it worst! Hunter Bening was assisting me and he was the worst! Didn't know much more than I did. I reached out to be contacted by someone who could assist me and she wasn't any better! Let's just say I still have no home and still don't know how much I was approved for because Hunter Bening informed me that he has run underwriting too many times I should just find another loan agent after 3 months of me wasting my time he tells me to find another loan agent. Very professional!
