2nd review - Dec 2021 - I quoted several but went back to James and team again. Just completed a cash out refi only a year later. As before Liberty did me right. They are quick and efficient. 1st review - Sept 2020 - I was out of time when the seller finally came back to me to accept my offer so I was under a very tight deadline. I spoke to several lenders and none but James would even try to meet my deadline- it just couldn’t be done. James was the only one who thought he could meet it and he and his team did. The process was fast and easy, far more than I had expected from any lender. I will absolutely recommend James to friends and family!

In my three real estate transactions, I’ve not found a lender as good as Max. My advice to anyone shopping for a loan is that you shop for the loan almost as much as you shop for the house. Don’t just go with the first loan offer you get. Well this was the first time I ended up going with the first loan officer I contacted, even after shopping a bunch for other loans to compare him to. Wether you need speed that no one else can beat or a rate no one else can beat, Max is your guy. And great customer service with quick response times are frosting on the cake.

I've worked with a lot of lenders in my 14 years of real estate investing. They are the most stressful part of buying a property. Not Max. He closed quickly in the chaos of the 2022 real estate market. When hiccups arose, he was all over the problem. Night or day, weekday or weekend, he was there. He told me he could close this loan in less than 4 weeks and I assumed he (like most lenders) was lying. Especially since our businesses and income are unconventional and don't neatly fit into what a lender wants to see for documentation. He was not lying. We closed on time, Max went above and beyond and I sure do miss him now that I am closing another deal outside Georgia.
