Unfortunately, it’s a crime to come and withdraw a nice size amount of money from your own bank account. It’s also unfortunate that I have to spend 20 minutes in the bank to get approved by asking for identification(understood) insert my card and pin(understood) sending a code to my phone and leaving the area to get approved by the manager. It’s ridiculous and embarrassing when everyone else isn’t held up by any restrictions. This isn’t the first time and I’m sure it isn’t the last. My last visit at this location I spoke with the manager and she apologized for how long it took and made me feel better about any issues I had that day, but once again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never go back and will be moving to another bank. They refuse to even answer the phone. Don’t believe me? Just try calling them! They also will not allow you to book an appointment on line. With no other choice, I showed up in person with an urgent business related matter. I was told they would not be able to help me for several days. All this despite the two bank employees just sitting down talking at the check in station. I also don’t need you canned response to reach out to you on twitter. That’s not my responsibility. I am a client that is extremely dissatisfied with your company. Don't expect too much of a customer experience there. In my first visit I witnessed a customer there making a lot of noise due and wanted to close her account immediately after withdrawing all money

I had a great experience at this location. I arrived there on a busy Friday morning expecting to be there for a while. I was greeted at the entrance by a friendly BOA associate. Once he got my information, I sat down for only 20 seconds before I was greeted by Ms Kimberly Lennon. Ms Kimberly was very friendly and understanding. I had an issue with debit card fraud and she took care of everything and issued me a new card in 10 minutes! She also informed me I had an offer for the BOA rewards credit card, which I was interested in for a while, and she got me approved! I was excited because I worked very hard to rebuild my credit and being approved for a BOA credit card was a great accomplishment for me. The overall customer service here was great. I didn't experience any of the negativity that was expressed in previous reviews. If changes were made due to these reviews, JOB WELL DONE.

I didn't have any wait on a Saturday at 12:30. But i was just depositing a check. The woman in the lobby stand helped me. There was a line to use the teller of about 6 people and one guy making a scene about how he didn't want to wait inside getting covid, even though everyone had a mask on. Looked like the wait in line was maybe 20-30 minutes and there were multiple tellers but i couldn't tell if they were all helping people. Before i visited i called them to speak with someone and it said branch closed. But website said open and i went and it was open.

Today we went to the bank to open my wife bank account. They are very welcoming and helped us to open bank account promptly. I was really worried about the bad ratings, but dont go with those. This office and people are really good here. It took hardly 20 mins to open it. They just need passport, address and mobile number to open a new account for the people from other country.

Pathetic Service. Came today for wiring money and was told that they cant help as I need appointment. Then the person i spoke to checked the schedule and told me that their calendar is free for now and should be able to attend me. Asked me to wait, went and spoke to somebody (probably the manager) and came back and said again that they cant help. Went to Chase branch next to the BOA branch and they were very helpful. What's the point of having an account in Bank Of America when you cant use their services. Extremely disappointed. Will close my account here.

I had great experience, people are really helpful as soon as u step in still u step out.

The staff is not friendly, they act like it’s a hassle that you are there.

Service is horrible they drag their feet about everything, and I'm talking about inside the branch. The manager and employees that used to be there were great, attentive, and well coordinated. Whomever is running that branch now is not to the standards of management before. Taking my business to SunTrust
