Damian is a true professional, and I’m thankful that I was able to work with him again to buy my house. At the closing table, the seller said “your lender was the main reason I decided to accept your offer!” In times when sellers are receiving multiple offers on a home, it is very difficult for buyers to stand out and get the house they really want. That’s where Damian came in. He proactively called the seller on my behalf, assured her that I was a financially strong buyer, and gave her confidence that his team could close quickly and without any issues. After that call, my offer was accepted, and Damian and his team got working to assure that we closed in under three weeks. I received a great interest rate, and the lender fees were very reasonable. This was our third time buying a house and Damian Cook made sure it was a very smooth transaction. It took us a few months of searching to find the right property, and during that time he always checked in to see how the search was going. When we found the right home, he was very quick at providing the approval letter our realtor needed to make an offer. Once under contract, he wasted no time getting the loan process going and made the process easy. He was very responsive when it came to any questions we had and kept us informed along the way. When it came time to close, everything was in order and it went very smoothly. We have had mistakes with other mortgage brokers that almost pushed a closing and left errors in the payment amount. So we definitely did our research this time before choosing Damian. We are so glad we chose to work with Damian and would recommend him to anyone needing a home loan. The whole team is great! They were always very quick to respond and made the whole process seamless and stress free for my client and me!
