    Lindquist Ford treated us like a family. The sales associate Vivi Patino was outstanding! She've made sure that all our questions were answered and helped to find a car to meet our needs. Vivi have made the whole process easy and she was very efficient. She was accommodating and detail oriented. She was able to find us an extra discount in Ford rebates. My daughter and I are extremely happy with the whole buying experience. Gregg Goodwin and Derek Fox, the sales managers, were helpful and Jeremie in finance was able to get us a very low rate. We are so happy, thank you Lindquist Ford for being the best dealership!

    I have had nothing but great luck with everyone sense my vehicle had an engine recall. Very fast, got me a rental till the repairs are done and never left me without a ride. Noah H has been a saving grace for me and my family and I recommend you go to him for all the questions you may have. Service department is the absolute best and the customer service is unlike any other car brand out there.

    I brought my Escape in for an estimate on a repair. Even though I didn't buy my vehicle directly from them, the staff was polite and professional and they even cleaned my car for me! The estimate was done quickly and I was on my way.

    I had a very good experience with Linquist Ford. The vehicle was not available for me to drive but I was able to drive one similar. Danielle made the process very easy. Once my vehicle came in, it was ready for me to pick up the next day.

    Dustin was very kind and patient when I explained to him what was the reason why I was taking my 2006 expedition, he told me that they would have to make a diagnosis to be able to detect what was the problem to what I informed him that previously I had I made my own diagnosis and had a code, to which he told me that this would help them to reach the solution faster. He made me leave the car, and Dustin stayed in communication with me to give me the diagnosis. A few hours later he called me to tell me that they would have to change a part, but that they would have to order it if they would have to keep the car one more day, but after a few minutes I received a call from him again and he told me that I wouldn't have to wait since they could get the part, so I could go pick up the car that afternoon. I was super happy with this job so fast which he did

    Mills Chevrolet quoted me $1800 to fix my brakes Linquist Ford managed to fix the problem for less than $600. The mechanic that worked on my Colorado truck that fix my brakes did a great job. I don’t have a Ford at this time but I trust the workmanship at Linquist Ford to do a good quality job on al of my vehicles. I trust there mechanics at Linquist Ford Bettendorf

    After having truck for 10 months it is difficult to rate the dealer. Service department has been excellent. Absolute joy to work with. Sales experience was a solid one star. The salesman knew absolutely nothing about trucks or the product line. He was only concerned about making a sale and didn’t listen to what I needed in a truck. Now that I’m familiar with Ford product line I learned a lesson. Determine exactly what you want then get online bids from multiple dealers. Go for the price then pick the service department you best like.

    I've been very happy with the 2 useed cars I've bought here. Salesman was great sand I feel I've gotten good deals both times. But the service center is excellent. Top notch. They have treated me like a valued customer every time and done several small fixes for little or no charge. Many extra services, like valet service, for customers. Five thumbs up! 👍👍👍👍👍

    We purchased a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler from Lindquist Ford. We live 6 hours from Lindquist and purchased the vehicle without ever seeing it in person or taking it for a test drive. This represents a complete departure from our personalities... we felt comfortable doing so because we believed John Cooper and Derek Fox were honest. John and Derek represented the vehicle with great accuracy, communicated effectively and made the purchase process easy. They even arranged to have the vehicle delivered to our house (again, we live 6 hours from the dealership). We had an excellent purchase experience and could not be more happy with our Jeep!

    I am new in town and my 2017 Escape needed an oil change and tires rotated! I was also having an issue with my engine light! My engine light issue was warranty work. They found a nail in one of the tires and fixed me up! Great job! So glad I choose your dealership for my work! I will be back! You have my business now!

    I worked with John Cooper starting about 2 months ago on not only buying one of my cars off lease, but leasing a new vehicle in addition. Circumstances at home led it to be a very long waiting process for me but John and the rest of the staff were very understanding and patient. I ended up getting the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price. The atmosphere was awesome and not at all stressful like other dealerships.     My husband and I were passing through during the winter storm and his truck started having issues. Lindquist Ford was able to work us in right away, fix the issue, and got us on the road a short time later. Super impressed with the quick service and short wait time!

    Dustin Stone (service advisor) is phenomenal! Two days ago whilst getting ready for the 4th of July weekend, I had a punctured tire in need of immediate attention. And although it was a busy Friday afternoon before a holiday, he managed to get my tire patched in less than an hour. He is a true professional and the main reason I keep coming back to their service department. Amazing, and I don't even drive a Ford!! Thanks again Dustin!!

    I had inquired about a Ford Raptor I had seen online. Within minutes I received a call from sales team member Vivi. She had offered to get the truck ready for a test drive for me even though the truck wasn't ready at the moment. I unfortunately could not make it in that night but she did offer to get it moved up in the detail department and get it ready for a test drive the following day. That simple gesture showed the commitment and dedication that I was going to receive from her throughout my buying experience. I definitely felt the desire to assist me in any way to make my experience less taxing or overwhelming. Something that a majority of sales team members in many dealerships seem to fall short on. I could not be happier with my experience with Vivi and should be used as an example for future and current sales. I could not recommend her enough!

    I took my company truck in with the front drive shaft very broke. I got scheduled for early the next morning. The the truck was fixed, and I was back to work within a matter of hours. The cost was even cheaper than I expected, and the service was excellent! I will bring my personal vehicle here in the future.

    I just bought a used 2013 BMW from Ron Turcsak. He was the nicest guy and extremely helpful. He really made feel relaxed and there was no pressure. He was honest and friendly. I've met a lot of salespeople through the years. He's one of the best! I plan on buying at least one more car from him and Lindquist Ford soon. I like all the people I met there. An honest and hardworking staff. No tricks. Manager was easy to work with. The finance manager won my business by offering me an unbelievable rate (especially since I bought a 2013!) He beat my CU by quite a bit. I am completely happy with my entire experience there. Great place to buy a car!

    5 STARS TO MY SALES REP. DANIELLE!!! I am from out of town and had to drive over two hours to get there. She offered to take extra pictures and test drive the vehicle herself just to make sure it was worth my drive! She was great at making the sale process move forward. The vehicle had an issues with the back up camera and she told me that Lindquist ford would pay for the repair. There was a slight miscommunication between my local shop and Lindquist, on the agreed payment amount. That ended up leaving my car in the shop for an extra day, luckily I bought the extended warranty to cover the rental 😅 Overall I am happy with my car and truly grateful to have worked with an amazing sales representative like Danielle!

    Declined to perform warranty work on my Ford product [ref. invoice 199662]. Forced to go elsewhere. Another Ford dealer did not decline to perform warranty work needed. In fact, they were eager to do it! At this point, the situation is resolved and I won't be inclined to return to Lindquist for any further service work. Your owner response "more than likely" makes no sense since another Ford dealer did the work with Ford's blessing.

If a warranty job is declined, more then likely Ford denied the repair as they may have felt it was a customer useable issue and not a defect with the actual product.     On top of being charming and friendly, these gentlemen in service and sales do an excellent job. The ladies at the front desk are always super nice, too! They've always taken great care of me and my vehicle and I have not one complaint! Craig Miller, GM, was SUPERB and went above and beyond to make me feel valued! And the valet was funny, polite, and even took me Kwik Star for my morning caffeine on my way to work! What could have been an incredibly stressful experience was quite enjoyable!

    Mixed feelings, bought a used 2018 F150 truck from them a few weeks ago. Sales guy was good enough, price was decent. Asked if the truck had damage before I drove down an hour and a half to take a look and was told no. Truck had existing hail damage on the hood and roof, easily visible, drivers side step was intermittently functioning and slow. Worked out a deal with them having there guy repair the dents and take a look at the step, took longer than expected to get done, but it did get done. Dents were “repaired” pretty subpar can still see spots of damage and whatever tool he used to pop the dents damaged the paint in parts on the roof, will have to get it done correctly by my guy on my dime apparently. Was told the side step was looked at and greased, got underneath the truck and it definitely wasn’t “greased” and I doubt even looked at...same issue still exists. My biggest pet peeve was probably the Carfax. I was shown a clean report at the dealer for the truck, ran my own report today just to double check, shows minor damage in September of this year...not a huge deal, but a little deceptive in my book. All in all I’d probably consider buying something else from them because the prices seemed competitive and they have good inventory but if something needs fixed, work it into the deal and have your own people fix it and do your own research on the cars history report.
