    I had such a great experience with this dealership, from beginning to end. Ali, my salesperson, was the best! He communicated with me promptly and continuously throughout the process. He was honest, and was clearly looking out for my best interest, even when his recommendations weren’t exactly in his own best interest. Everyone one from sales to management to finance were wonderful people and a joy to work with. The team at Lincoln South Coast does the Penske name proud.

    The best ever buying experience I have had. The GM Peter is able to build rapport from the first moment, respectful and down to earth. The sales person Ali is super professional, as a salesman for long time I can tell that if I had someone like Ali in my team, I wouldn't been fired. Ali is acting like professional account manager who's handling the vehicle part, every single detail in sales pipeline from following up with the prospect until after sales. He doesn't want to hit and run like most sales people, he keeps his promises, he wants to build a professional relationship forever. In my opinion he deserves higher position to teach other sales people.

    Lincoln South Coast made purchasing my vehicle easy by finding the exact one I wanted and having it brought in. Their service department listens to and addresses my concerns. I never feel like I’m being rushed. I bring my vehicle in for the complimentary car washes and the waiting area is beautiful and relaxing.

    Service was great. I can in for an oil change. Waited for my car in the customer lounge. Service was done within 90 mins. They washed my car and vaccumed the interior!

    This is the worst service dealership., you make an appointment 1 week in advance and they don't even have a loaner vehicle, service advisors don't care, my suggestion don't bring your vehicle here for service.

    I really just have to give it to Peter. I went in to see your Navigators. At the time (early July 2021) I wasn't quite ready but was starting to look. Much to my surprise, there was an issue with inventory due to the pandemic. Peter was there at the time and explained the situation. He was very helpful. He took my number down and said we would keep me posted. Much to my surprise, I received a very professional happy birthday text message later that month. A few weeks later he texted me to let me know you had a couple of Navigators. I stopped by to look and neither one was quite right. However, that is when he introduced me to the Aviator. He told me about the car and showed me a couple on the lot. By then he was well versed in what I was looking for. Neither car on the lot was quite right but he knew that there was one in production that would be perfect for me. He showed it to me on the computer and I was impressed. He explained the deposit procedure to me so I felt very comfortable putting down a deposit so that I would be first in line once the car arrived. He texted me a couple of weeks ago to let me know the car had arrived. I went to look at it and was amazed at what a beautiful, and most perfect car he had found for me. There is no question that it was thanks to him that I got this car. He was always super professional and knowledgeable. And, by having selected the car he did, I know that he is not your regular car salesman, just looking to convince me to buy something. He actually listened to what I was looking for and went out of his way to find it. Thank you Peter! You are great!

    It’s been 2 years since I purchased my Lincoln and I have always had great experiences at this dealership. From my initial test-drives and purchase with Bruce, to my regular maintenance with Abel, all of the staff at this dealership are always extremely friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to purchase, or have maintenance or other service done, at a dealership.

    Brought my vehicle to check a code that kept popping up on my dash. It was determined that I needed 2 struts replaced. Daniel Byun went above and beyond working with my aftermarket warranty company to have it covered. The service at this dealership is unmatched, I can honestly say I have never encountered a better interaction with a auto service center before. They provided me with a loaner and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. Thanks for everything!

    I had to have my car towed into the dealership. I'm giving them 5 stars because they diagnosed the problem and resolved all issues. I had a loaner while they worked on the car.

    I made a service appointment online and when I arrived I was helped immediately. I was coming in for my 10K check up. I was told that my 12K warranty was about to be up and I appreciate that! I told them of an issue I saw in the car and they were able to take care of it that day under warranty! Waiting in the lobby (with my mask) was pleasant and the waterfall made it so relaxing. I was able to bring my work laptop and get some things done. I would recommend this location.

    I took my 2016 Lincoln MKX in for service as well as having them check the fan for the heat and cold air to the drivers seat. I paid $198 for the labor to diagnose the situation. Daniel explained that the drivers seat had to be removed and replaced in order to diagnose. When I retuned the next morning to pick up my car I was told that the cost to replace the defective part was $607.00. I was not happy and said to Daniel that my car only has 26,299 Miles and I think that part should last much longer. My car is out of warranty but Daniel suggested I call Lincoln and share my opinion. I called Lincoln and spoke to Alex. He was very nice and I felt as though he would take care of the bill. The next day Alex called and said that the Lincoln Motor Company would pay for the part, the tax on the part, and the labor to fix my car. I talked with Alex again today to ask if the company might reimburse me the $198 I paid for the diagnosis. He asked for a copy of my invoice. I asked Daniel to fax that to Alex for me. Bottom line is: Absolutely I recommend Lincoln South Coast and specifically Daniel. I feel that if it had not been for Daniel I would be out over $800 to fix my car. Thank you Daniel, Alex, Lincoln Motor Company and South Coast Lincoln for all your help.

    I brought my car in late afternoon Tuesday with a failed brake booster which is the first issue I have had in 110,000 miles. They needed to get the part from Sacramento, which sounded like a big deal to me, but the part came in Wednesday late and a technician worked late and had it ready to pick up first thing Thursday morning. I am grateful for this level of service!! Thanks Abel.
