Tim was excellent to work with. He met with us in his office and went over a lot - never over-explaining or under-explaining. He answered all our questions and worked to find us the best deals. He gave great advice for locking in rates. Our lender required a lot of additional paperwork due to some things on our end - and Tim was friendly and supportive throughout the entire process. I honestly don't know where to begin. Tim Lammon played a major part in me achieving the America dream of homeownership and for that I will ve eternally grateful.
