I really wish I could give 6 stars because I had more than an excellent experience with Niket and his team member Miguel. I was shopping with several lenders and Niket beat all of them and in addition, he promised to close in less than 30 days and he kept his promise. Niket (and his team too) was amazing with response time and clarity of his response kept me calm and assured on what could have been a nerve wracking experience.
