TD Bank Summit Ave, Summit

This is the most unfriendly TD Bank I've ever had the most unfortunate pleasure of walking in. Will never go here again due to their inability to allow me to use their restroom. When I asked, they said they don't have one which is a down right lie because every TD Bank has one and I've used them at just about every location. Them not allowing me to use is down right wrong and I will bank elsewhere. Apparently my business isn't that important to them.

If i could give 0 stars I would. Walked in to cash my payroll check which was a td bank check and because I don't have a personal account with them they were going to charge me seven dollars to cash it. This was not a personal td bank check but a legitimate business payroll check as it said the company name and right below it payroll account indicating that my employer has multiple accounts with this bank. Since no manager was on shift at the time there was apparently nothing they could do about it. When asked if I was being penalized for not having a personal account with them I got the response there is nothing I can do to help you. I have never had any other bank charge you to cash their own check. This rule is ridiculous and obserd. I will never be a member of this bank nor support anything that they do.

Staff is always friendly and very fast in making deposits for my business. Being open 7 days a week makes it a no-brainer to choose TD Bank.

Have called several times to no answer on a Tuesday at 1:15 PM. Not a holiday

Absolutely the worst banking customer care ever. I am currently on hold for 45 minutes for service via the 800#. A number that my local representative gave me. So, now I ring my local branch that handles my business account via my mobile phone. They cannot call me back for over a day to assist what should be a very minor change/clarification. And the online experience is even far worse. This is truly unacceptable business and or banking practices during any situation. And this is not the first day of such a crisis. Time for TD to get its act together.

The worst TD that exists in all NJ, what a disappointment, there are several employees who work at the window who work lazily, with a bad face, they are not professionals in their work WORST!!!
