Bought a house a week ago helped by this company. They went above and beyond to make it possible, specially Gail. She is a thoughtful and caring woman. It was really great working with Ed and Rachel at Lincoln Financial Mortgage to refinance our mortgage. This was our second loan through Lincoln Financial Mortgage. They are very knowledgeable and were not only able to answer every question we had, but gave us multiple mortgage options to choose from based on our situation. They walked us through each of the options and we were able to quickly pick the best option for us. From there, we were able to submit the paperwork online and the loan was processed was very smoothly and quickly. As a result, we were able to lower our mortgage rate and cut around 5 years off the term of the loan.
