Terrible Customer service, online system slow to post payments when you use. Combative representatives not interested in helping, but more interested in protecting the bottom line. Bank Elsewhere!

It’s nearly impossible to ever make deposits into the ATM. At least one of the two is always out of order. Then you have to make a u-turn to get to the other machine and half the time that one never works either. I’ve banked here for over a decade but this is a huge inconvenience.

Valerie was very professional. I've been a member of this credit union for years now and it's because of the professionalism of the staff. They truly are dedicated to the highest quality of customer service possible. She was able to assist me with my auto loan needs and did so with a smile on her face and was very detailed when addressing my concerns. For anyone local to Florida looking to apply for a loan, Achieva is the place to go. They have your best interests in mind and take care of their clients. Thank you Valerie!

ATM never works at non of the locations and he ATM ate my money today then shut down n spit card out . Says I never deposited nothing.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Just went to deposit my moms stimulus check into my account and the skinny man at the drive thru told me I couldn't. Told me to get back in line and add her to my account. What if this had been a customer . Why would I add someone to my account to DEPOSIT a check. Went to my normal achieva on Drew and Belcher and they deposited it immediately. I was profiled as what black and poor when I pulled up so the man didnt wanna help me. Were are in the middle of a pandemic and you wanna pick and choose who can deposit money? How else am I supposed to pay my bills. I will drive thr extra 20 mins to go to the other bank to avoid this disrespect. I bet I make WAY more money than him on a regular day. You should NEVER judge someone off what they deposit in the bank. I am furious.

I am having my roof redone, and I made an appointment at this bank on March 5th to withdraw $10,000 to pay for it. They said I would have it within a few days. Welllll...now it is MARCH 15TH and I still haven't received my money. They roof is just about done and I can't pay them because of this poorly managed bank...absolutely unbelievable! I have been calling and being given the run around since last Thursday. I'm so upset. The manager is dodging my calls and has not called me back. I don't know what else to do.

I've been with them for 25 years and the service has declined steadily. There is no way to contact this company after business hours so if you need to do anything immediately after hours and they have locked your account for some unknown reason you are out of luck until they get out of bed the following business day. Very unprofessional for a "financial institution." You can tell by the prompt responses from management to the bad reviews on here how seriously they take customer service. I used to recommend them highly but stay away from them if you expect a semblance of customer service and professionalism. I eagerly await a reply from management. Sarcasm

Refused to open an account for my company despite having the correct forms from the IRS and FL state. My family and I have had accounts here for a number of years with Achieva, and I have never been more frustrated with a financial institution in my life. This brings a whole new level to disappointing when it comes to customer service. ATMs never work. Have had my card information compromised all the time. Unable to protect data. Tone deaf and clearly removed from reality financial advisement.

Every time I have been at this location it has been a good experience, tellers are very polite, great customer service.
